Dedicated and helpful staff but this busy location needs more love. If you go during busy hours they will be out of at least one item, sometimes something major like forks. Also during busy hours they will likely give smaller portions than at non-peak hours to try and ensure they won’t run out during the rush. The food you do get is always tasty and they keep the line moving quickly.

I’ve never been to a Chipotle that runs out of cooked ingredients so often. I’m standing in a long line currently and someone who may be the manager is looking a tablet and doing paperwork instead of helping the single person making the bowls and burritos for customers. Put it down and help get caught up! Sadly this is a convenient location for me, but I’m considering driving a little farther to the next closest one because it will likely take the Sam amount of time and they will have the basics like rice and chicken ready.

if i could give it zero stars i would. i got a bowl and i was so excited for this chipotle tonight that i didn’t eat all day. i got double everything so i could have extra for tomorrow. THE RICE WAS MUSHY. it was so revolting i took a couple bites and threw it away. the rice was clumping together and wet and mushy it was just absolutely disgusting. whatever you do DO NOT GO HERE.

This is by far the worst chipotle ever! Consistently bad! If you order for pick up, you will be ripped off! They do not care at all about the quality of your food! It sucks because this one is closer to my house. But do yourself a favor and drive to the one in Stow! It’s so much better! These college kids could care less about your food experience or customer service! If I could give zero stars I would!

Chicken and steak way overcooked and charred, completely unseasoned, not even a pinch of salt. Got no cheese instead of extra. Impressively bad. They did give a lot of meat, which would have been nice i guess if it were seasoned. Truly awful.

I’ve ordered from here many times and every single time they’ve got my order wrong. This time they handed me a bowl of rice. Nothing else just rice. The woman at the counter decided to check her phone and make me wait five minutes until i could order once i got the food (rice) it was cold and the order was completely wrong. The first time i ordered from here they gave me half a bowl with no chicken, beans cheese or lettuce. There was more hair in the bowl than chicken.

This lady who is always at the front register is always so rude and extremely mean. When I ask for water cups she throws it in the bag all mean. She always doesn’t even make eye contact. So disappointed im a huge fan of kent chipotle. She keeps disappointing me.

I genuinely don’t understand all of the negative reviews. I am a regular here, and every time I order, they hit me up with great portions. The staff is insanely friendly and I enjoy coming in every time. The only thing I notice is the dining room is consistently a mess, making me not want to sit down and eat, but sometimes I will sit and eat outside.

The other reviews say it all. Terrible chipotle here. Food is consistently bad. Drive to stow and get twice as much food for the same price. Not that you would want it here with how often they send out undercooked chicken. Don’t trust the chicken. Was just here, someone left something in the oven and whole place filled with smoke while I wait for my half scoop of white rice.
