Severely disappointed. We ordered to go in a snow storm, no one was in line at the restaurant so theres no excuse. Burrito was wrong, bowl was half full and order was missing chips. We come here frequently but this was bad.
Chipotle responded and their forms dont even work. Pepper their AI bot is a joke and they won’t let you speak to a human on the phone at this shop because they know its bad

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted at all. The entire staff was deep cleaning—not just wiping down—but using cleaning products right next to open food, which was extremely concerning.
After standing there for a bit, someone said, “We’ll be with you in a moment,” but they continued cleaning instead of helping us. We waited several more minutes and were never served, so we left. I understand wanting to wrap up the shift, but this was three hours before closing. Very unprofessional and poorly managed. Will not be returning.

Ordered two bowls in store… first, the girl gave enough rice to cover the bottom of one side of the bowl, so had to ask for more. Then, she puts the beans and sprinkles… yes sprinkles these little pieces of chicken on our bowls. All I could do was roll my eyes and keep my mouth shut. I ended up getting double chicken for my daughter, which looked like a regular portion should. I get all my toppings on side so it was easy to see how small the chicken now is and the little bit that was put on. It’s frustrating trying not to be rude while also having to continue to ask for a little more of everything to make the price even make sense. My son loves this place or I’d stop going all together.
– got a response from reaching out to the company, and it just said that they will guarantee next time I get a normal portion how are you going to do that? That was the only response lol. Not reimbursement, not another bowl, just a reassurance it will be better next time honestly it’s a joke that we as consumers get taken advantage of when we’re all just trying to feed our families. We deserve enough for what we are having to pay…

Don’t order the Carne Asada steak, it is extremely tough!! I literally had sore jaws from chewing so much. Huge disappointment, I should always stick with the chicken. It’s a shame the stopped serving the Chipotle Honey Chicken, now that was good and tender meat.

The food is good, when we get what we actually ordered. I use the app to order online and the last 3 times that I have ordered, the employees at the Cuyahoga Falls location CAN NOT get the order correct!! My order is never complicated..I always order 2 bowls, a chicken and a steak with an extra tortilla and a bag of chip. The first time they did not add steak to the bowl, the second time I orderd they gave me a chicken bowl with only rice and sour cream…none of the other items I ordered were in it. This third time I ordered, I thought I’ll give them a third chance to redeem themselves, NOPE! This time instead of giving me two bowls, they made the steak one into a burrito with missing items!! But my order confirmation, the label on the burrito and the receipt on the bag listed both as bowls. Can we assume the employees are unable to read or just don’t pay attention? Plus I order it at lunch time, to be ready for 4:00, so it’s not like I am waiting to the last minute, giving them plenty of time to do it correctly. How can you mess up an easy order 3 different times!!!

The worst customer service experience I’ve had at a restaurant in years. The manager was even rude it was very disheartening, no smiles people just talking at you. I was not pleased with my order and requested a refund (I made purchase in store not through app). I was rudely denied and told to call the 1-800 customer service number, the CSR rep was polite. I was more upset about the way I was treated above everything, but just AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!
