Very disappointing experience, especially since this is the closest Chipotle to us. The guacamole is consistently way too salty. We’ve ordered it multiple times hoping it was a one-off, but it’s been the same every time.
Order accuracy is also a recurring issue. Ingredients are often wrong or missing, and more times than not something is forgotten entirely, like chips or guac, even when it’s clearly listed on the order.
We just moved here, and the Chipotle we came from did an excellent job, so this has been a frustrating change. It’s even more disappointing given that there isn’t another Chipotle nearby to choose from. Really hoping this location improves consistency and attention to detail.
If you want, I can make it shorter, more blunt, or more constructive depending on the tone you’re going for.

Pathetic. Ordered a burrito bowl without rice. I thought there might be more lettuce because of the lack of rice, but no. The bowl wasn’t even half full. The barbacoa was cold and the chips we ordered with the quesadillas were not added to the bag. This place is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Everybody should be fired.

Just shut it down at this point. Ordered through the app in the parking lot because they don’t have staff. Food was like 1/4 of a regular portion, cold, stale, chips burnt and disgustingly salty. Picture is before I even took a bite. Corporate should put them out of their misery. Complained on the app and they gave me a free drink. I’m done.

I never leave reviews or complain about my food—I usually just suck it up and eat it. But this experience was really disappointing. I ordered through the app and didn’t realize until I got home (about 15 minutes away) that my bowl was barely a quarter full. There were only a couple pieces of chicken, and the “beans” were basically just sauce—there wasn’t a single actual bean in the bowl.
I’m pregnant and was extremely hungry, so realizing I didn’t even get a proper portion was upsetting. I did drive back and they fixed it, but the fact that I had to make a second trip is the issue. What’s even more frustrating is seeing so many other negative reviews mentioning the exact same problem, yet nothing seems to be getting corrected.
I’ve never had an issue like this at a Chipotle before, which is why this was so disappointing.

I told myself I wasn’t gonna go into a chipotle again because they always seem to be out of stuff. Ordered two salads got to the end of the line found out they’re out of dressing. They had two containers of salad dressing left and I always need to have two. It’s 7 o’clock on a Friday asked to speak to the manager. A young kid was there apparently the manager and said it’s busy. We’re out of it. It’s a restaurant business. I don’t know why these places don’t make stuff knowing it’s the weekend or a Friday night. There were a lot of people behind the counter chitchatting when there’s a huge line in the store. I just don’t get why these chipotle stores can’t get managed and have food items available. Their food is good when it’s done correctly, but you always have these people that just really don’t care if they’re out of stuff and then expect people to be happy with what they order when they’re paying for it. Unreal I’m back to not going to a chipotle for quite a long time again.

They definitely didn’t fill up my bowl as much as other Chipotles. They did like a half spoon of chicken and little scoops of salsa and sour cream. Plenty of lettuce though. Definitely not worth the $10, in my opinion. There were also a decent amount of hard uncooked pieces of rice, so that was annoying. Glad I didn’t bust any of my teeth. It also tasted extra salty. I don’t remember other Chipotles being that salty. There was one lady trying to do almost everything up front and other workers just chatting it up back around the cooking areas. Idk, it wasn’t a great experience and there are other Chipotles to choose from, so I’ll avoid this one for now.

Amazing food today I didn’t quite catch the worker name but she was amazing and made me one of the best chipotle bowls ever! Found out we both like chipotle rice the most and the cheese which are the two things chipotle don’t have sometimes late at night but tonight they did and it was great the cashier was amazing too and didn’t give me a hard time at all definitely one of the best chipotles I go to

Beware if you come to this location most times after 6 they run out of half the ingredients it doesn’t matter if they are fully staffed or not. You also have to go back and forth with workers about portions of meat often having to have to pay for double meat just to get a regular portion size they will literallly give you a half scoop and say that’s a full portion so you have to pay for double to get a regular size. Especially the indian lady. Overall this location has just gone downhill just a bunch of younger people running the store that blast music in the back and could care less about working truly. I don’t see this location staying open for much longer
