Hands down one of the best Chipotle’s out there. Not sure where all these 1 stars come from. Manager runs a tight crew. Always fresh food cooked properly. Never out of anything. Cannot speak for the night crew but I can tell you lunch time and even after 3 is always great. Portion sizes on point.

This was by far the most unprofessional and poorly managed Chipotle I’ve ever visited. From start to finish, the experience was unacceptable and far below the standards this brand claims to uphold.
It took over 20 minutes to order and pay for two bowls, despite there being only a few customers ahead of me. The line had one overwhelmed employee trying to manage everything alone, while other staff members stood in the back on their phones, laughing, cursing, and openly carrying on personal conversations within earshot of customers.
The kitchen looked disorganized and unsanitary — nowhere near what should be expected from a national restaurant chain. The only employee actually working on the line was doing his best but was completely unsupported. Meanwhile, the cashier continued chatting and swearing with another employee sitting nearby, showing zero sense of professionalism or urgency. It even took him multiple attempts to log in and process the transaction because he was distracted.
The customer in front of me nearly walked out, and I should have done the same. This kind of environment not only damages Chipotle’s reputation but also raises serious concerns about management oversight and food safety. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend a full review of the staff and operations here. Customers deserve to be treated with respect — not ignored by employees who clearly have no regard for their job or the brand they represent.

I have reviewed the Chipotle in my area (Mayfield) and how terrible the experiences have been. I generally am ordering just for my daughter which is mostly xtra chicken, and xtra cheese (that’s it – occasionally white rice too) and this has been a tricky venture in Mayfield and Highland Heights locations. Tonight was in the area and made a late stop and was treated extremely well. The food quality was good. The employees were awesome and communicative. I saw them actively trying to improve the condition of the restaurant, cleaning. The one employee even checked with his manager to ensure there isn’t a discounted rate for having such few sides and double meat. It was honestly refreshing and my daughter enjoyed it.

Was waiting 1st in line nothing was said to me like “ i will be with you in a moment” just co-workers laughing and talking together no attention to the line that was building up. It was a mess and got my container of food covered in sour cream … talking to some random woman who they knew got out of the work line to start to sit in the customer area to talk. This is the shift with the white girl with the full right arm tattoo. Not the tattoo girl but the person they were talking to talking about “why are they side eyeing me” because I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken just for the staff to ignore and talk to their friends they know. On top of that people putting chicken on the grill RAW CHICKEN touch their phones with their gloves on.

Wow, Worst tacos I ever had. They were ice cold and completely stuck together. Also forgot to give me my chips and cheese on the side.

3 people were in front of me, 3, and it took 15+ minutes for to get to place my order. Only one person was working the line, that’s just not the model and it doesn’t work. No guac or chips. No napkins, forks or straws. And the music was surprisingly loud making it hard to hear the staff. Not every chipotle is equal and this one seems to be awful.
It didn’t get them a second star, but my food was at least warm

The restaurant was almost empty, I pulled up at pick up window which was wide open. At least three minutes passed and no one made eye contact with me, let alone approached. Over that period I saw six different employees walk by or stand in front of me. I decided to say “excuse me,” although I knew I was being deliberately ignored. Three employees were able to hear me – they were standing on the other side of the window. None of them even looked in my direction. After 5 minutes a woman came to the window and just looked at me. No greeting. I gave her my name, she handed me the order and walked away. Chipotle never disappoints – always the most unpleasant experience possible. I know better but my kids insisted. Oh, and they screwed up the salsa on two of the orders.

This is the bowl I received from this location. I took the lid off and couldn’t even believe it. I would love to know who made this and thought this was seriously OK. I don’t even have words. I think I counted like 5 pieces of chicken. Do better chipotle because this is just ridiculous

Two men just walked away from making burritos so one girl was running the line. She gave me a tiny scoop of protein (instead of refilling the container). The line looped around the restaurant for tiny burritos at a speedy 1 burrito/25 minutes

I don’t know why people choose a job in food service then get attitudes everyday at work. It’s crazy to me. And I’m not even talking about the people making the food, the girl at the register was so cold, rude, and short. I didn’t even want to talk to her, scan, tap, take food. And she was not nice at all. But had to go back up there because I thought the sprite was twist cap, but it wasn’t. I politely asked her for a bottle opener, she sucked teeth, grabbed it aggressively off the counter and then got mad she couldn’t open it quickly. She was using the opener wrong, but at this point, I didn’t care to correct her, karma was giving her this minor inconvenience.
