What I love the most about this Chipotle is that they actually fill your bowl up all the way (but then I do order online and ask for Extra of everything, so that might be why). The Chipotle I get from this place is always so satisfying. If you are looking for some Chipotle, and are tired of Chipotle’s that only fill your bowl up half of the way, I would definitely order online with this place, and get Extra of everything that you like getting in your bowl. My food is always ready once the time has come for me to pick it up, and I do not have to wait around for 30 minutes just to figure out the food is not ready yet. Anyways, appetite!

Just picked up food through the chipotlane here. The portions in the food are typically pretty small but I can deal with it usually. This time I got a large coke with my order and I look in it and it’s half way full. Pitiful. I could’ve ordered a regular and even that wouldn’t have been full! I can maybe understand under filling a bowl occasionally, but a cup? I have pics but can’t post them for some reason.

This place if horrible. Order over a year ago for pick up and when we got home everything was wrong. So had to drive back 20 minutes to have it corrected and they acted like I was the wrong one!!! So I figured after a year, they probably got nicer, friendly staff who know how to do their jobs…. Boy was I wrong. I ordered for my daughter at 7pm at night because she hadn’t eaten all day due to sports and activities. So we ordered a bowl for her. That was it. I picked it up, ran it to her and went home. I get a text 10 minutes later tha the food was wrong. So I drive back up there to get it (20 minutes) and take it in where there was no one in the dining room and only one person in line. I walked to the register and told them it was wrong. Opened it to show three steak tacos instead of a bowl. They said they would remake it but the looks and eye rolls I got was unacceptable. I asked what they were going to do for me, and they pushed the wrong order at me and said here you can keep this…. Ummmm what?!?!? They remade the bowl all while slamming the spoons and slopping everything in the bowl. Again I asked what they would do for me and they said “well we remade the bowl the right way.” You mean the way it was supposed to be made the first time? Then they said they could give me a free entre but it would have to be another day and I’d have to wait in line. I said do you really think I’m coming back? And left, all the while getting stares and being mocked. Way to staff that north royalton store with a good staff Chipotle. I won’t ever be back!

This is a great addition to the area and very happy to see. Went in today with my wife and got two bowls. We did have to ask for extra everything because the portions were extremely small. We left happy so that’s good but they really need to get their portions sorted out. The building is gorgeous and I really like the layout and design of this place. Pickup window is a nice addition. Nice area outside for summer days and good size parking lot with plenty more parking at the connected lots for extra busy times. Overall happy to see this here.

They were absolutely slammed tonight… there was one lone gentleman, Tyler was his name. He was working the line himself while everyone else was doing online orders and prepping. Poor kid was so so sweet and polite despite how busy he was. Food was still great, but that sweet young man needed some support. Even tho he was doing it on his own he was so nice and polite and got everything perfect! Thank you Tyler!

rice undercooked and crunchy! the guy preparing my food seemed to not want anyone in line because he rushed through my order and I couldn’t even tell him I wanted queso. he barely put any sour cream or cheese on my bowl and they had to go to the drive thru/online order side to get chicken that barely has any flavor. dining area was a mess and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned all day. only good thing about this experience was the kind cashier. the drive thru pick up is nice too and that’s only bc they used to be a burger king. Guac was decent. Chips suck. Overall for a newer chipotle, this place isn’t that great at all. I’d rather go up the road to broadview heights.

Staff was nice! Not a long line so that was nice. Food was fresh and decent portions. They were out of guacamole though. They have a drive thru which is nice to have as an option. One of the best looking Chipotles I’ve been to.
EDIT: Went a second time and they were out of brown rice until they made more. They didn’t have fajitas or chipotle smoked tabasco. Seems like they just haven’t got the swing of things yet. I’d wait a month or so to go.

Our first time visiting this location. For just opening for the day was surprised to see browning lettuce on the line. Only one person making up the meals. Our bowls were very full so that was sort of a bonus.
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and almost out of toilet paper and soap.
The young man cleaning tables was doing well. Also took the time to sweep as well.
Hopefully it was just a rough start on a Sunday and it’ll improve over time here. A chipotle in NoRo is kind of a big deal. Maybe??!!

It’s mid afternoon and snowing outside, I’m already on the road. Picking up food for my pregnant wife and me on my way home. I walk in and the line is EMPTY, and I hear someone from the back yell “why are people still coming in?!” If your employees don’t want to work they should go home. Also, why was there no white rice when the line was empty and the dining room had one small group of people, it’s not like the rice ran out because of the rush.

Update 11/24/25 830 PM a year an a 1/2 later and it is worse. I will never return here again. Not a clean table in the house, drink stand filthy, Both lines not tidy at all no steak no carnitas, food everyplace. After standing in line 20 minutes for steak, No Steak! Asked why and how you don’t close for over 2 hours cleaning the grill? I said I would wait the 15 minutes. My family had the chicken said it was old not good at all. So after waiting 15 minutes. The girl start making my bowl with the left over scraps of old steak left in the pans, are you kidding me? The fresh steak was finally put out with the cook banging and slamming the pans before all of this, i said dont make it with the old steak after i waited. Out comes I assume an employee who i assume is a manager? We traded some comments about trying to give me old meat after I said I would wait. She was upset I took pictures of the condition of this store. Said she didn’t give me concent, I explained I didn’t need her concent in the public view. Then she wanted to debate me how long I waited in line telling me 20 minutes was a stretch and it was 5 minutes simply not true. She also told me everything was fine which it was not. Nothing was cleaned all day long in my opinion. I asked her for her name, she said I dont need to give you my name. To bad her co workers didn’t see it that way Angel. Because I just got back from a trip with a Catholic school I had a sweatshirt with the school name one it. The girl who’s name is Angel tells me God bless you. I told her she needs it more than I do. Angel needs to be fired or at the very least deciphered. I will post the pictures I have. I wish I took close ups. Funny with nothing wrong all of a sudden action cleaning tables and everything I was very vocal about. I told her I would call the health department, she was proud to tell me she passed yesterday. No way would she pass today. I will not be returning, terrible…… Glad to see the beautiful transition from Burger King being my hometown. Still relatively new an I am sure some of the concerns are because of that and adjustments need to be made. The food was good and healthy portions but you can tell they are hesitant when you ask for more cheese or sour cream they are skimpy. They didn’t ask for here or to go and I hate when they smash my bowl especially when they just assume it is to go. I go in because I don’t want them skimping with on line ordering keeps them honest when you are standing in front of them. Line was long and slow 5/8/24 st 845pm. The biggest concern is the mess at the line food everyplace nobody cleaning up and when I left an hour later still filthy. The Dinning room didn’t have a clean table and the trash was overflowing. No lids for drinks empty napkins just not appetizing before you go to eat. Hope you guys get it together. I know Broadview heights and Strongsville may be better at this point but this location is spacious and comfortable and away from the line unlike those locations.
