I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Chipotle, especially with the night shift management.

Instead of attempting to de-escalate an unhappy customer situation, the manager completely made things worse. I was embarrassed in front of others, spoken to without any professionalism, and treated with clear hostility. To top it off, my burrito was aggressively thrown into the bag, so much so that the aluminum foil was crushed and folded. At that point, I couldn’t even enjoy my food.

As someone who has experience being around the restaurant industry, this behavior is unacceptable. Proper customer service, de-escalation skills, and basic professionalism should be standard, especially from a manager who is supposed to set the example for the rest of the staff.

Unfortunately, this is not a one-time issue. The night manager consistently has a bad attitude every time I’ve visited, and the lack of leadership shows. The rest of the staff appeared disengaged and unconcerned, which reflects poorly on the business as a whole.

This location seriously needs proper management training, customer service coaching, and accountability. Experiences like this are damaging to your brand and drive customers away.

I used to like this location but it is going downhill. The fountain pop machine has been down for weeks, they are always out of items, and the staff is rude. During the dinner rush the lady that runs the register is rude and passive aggressive when you ask questions and one of the other ladies on the line just screams “what else?!” While trying to place an order., like I’m an inconvenience. I have walked out of this location multiple times to go to the Lakewood location because of the service. This store has potential to be great like it used to be… improved customer service and stocked items and drinks would help.

Visited this store this evening and the service was subpar. The staff was preparing the food on a dirty counter. The manager got an attitude when we asked her to clean it before sliding our food down. It’s a shame that none of the employees took the initiative to make sure their food prep area stayed clean and sanitized. This os an easy to get your customers sick.

I placed online order for pickup. Email said “Go straight to the pickup shelf to grab your order”, I entered the building and tried to grab my order and and staff member came running asking to stop and said no one is allowed near the pickup shelf. Very rude, if this chipotle has a different rule then email should mention or they should have a sign there. Won’t recommend to anyone, there are other chipotle in area with much nicer staff.

This location consistently runs out of key essential ingredients such a sour scream, corn, tomatoes, protein etc. You all know how busy you all get so why not order the correct Inventory needed. Customer are expected to pay full price instead of being compensated. The customer service is trash. I saw them charge a customer an extra for a little more lettuce yet they had no corn, tomatoes, sour cream or steak. Pathetic.

I love chipotle which is why I was excited to go to the new one built just by my house, but I don’t think I’ll be going back there again. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, chicken, pico, cheese, and sour cream. When I was given some chicken I noticed that there wasn’t much in there so I asked for a little more. The worker said sure and gave me some, the rest of the toppings were also very light besides the pico. I have had an under filled chipotle bowl before and I have never complained. I went to pay and was charged for double chicken and since it was already around 10 and I didn’t want to deal with management I didn’t say anything even though I never asked for double just a little more. I just tried my first bite of chicken and it is cold and very burnt. I have worked in fast food it isn’t hard to just give the right amount. The workers are acting like they need to ration for whatever reason. I’m very unsatisfied and I have never been so disappointed to leave a review. The bowl isn’t even filled. Just do your job people, I’m not paying full price for half a bowl of burnt chicken again. Just look at the picture, double chicken btw

Went in on Saturday with my fiancee to get our 2 bowls. Ordered everything, and everything went smoothly. When we got home my wife started eating her food and she ended up choking on a chunk of plastic and ended up spitting it out, we unwrapped it and it was a balled up piece of Saran Wrap. Called into the store and wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone for 2 days!! Finally when I got a hold of the manager he tells me they unfortunately can’t do anything because it’s past the timeframe in which he can do anything, and that our best option is to just go to corporate and complain

I usually order form this chipotle as i prefer it over the Fairview park location. But after tonight I’m no longer ordering from this location. I ordered a burrito and a bowl. After picking it up and getting home they gave me the wrong order. I didn’t get my bowl, I got someone’s steak quesadilla. I did get my burrito however, it was the tiniest thing I have ever seen. I don’t expect a gigantic burrito when I order. But the burrito was $14 so I expect to be bigger than the size of my fist. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

You never really know when they will be open for walk in order, or online only. The interior is often riddled with trash. Staff seem to be confused and don’t have any direction.

If forced to order online, they may forget to add items to the bag, like chips, salsa or guac.

Chipotle support seems to not care and give standard corporate-speak answers. Doesn’t really try to make situations any better.

I’ve been to quite a few Chipotle’s but the service and quality was great at this location. I enjoyed my chicken bowl with rice, lettuce, pinto and black beans, sour cream, cheese , mild salsa, Chipotle Tabasco sauce, and vinaigrette. Lunch was perfect!
