I had lunch today at the California Fish Grill in Anaheim, and the food was excellent. The chef prepared everything perfectly, and I can say that compared to other California Fish Grill locations I’ve visited, this one had noticeably better food quality. I’d also like to suggest to the management that if they offer some special perks or discounts for their loyal, regular customers, it might encourage more people to visit the restaurant frequently.

I’ve been going to fish grill since I was a kid, however the one near me closed down years ago and I forgot about this place. Ended up driving by it and had to visit some memories, and I mean even from the picture you can tell that all of this food smacked!!! The asparagus wasn’t doused or drenched in its lemon sauce it was balanced perfectly, the battered fish taco wasn’t overdone with fish either and everything met up well (the pickled onions are the cherry on top). Fish sandwich also is going to be a routine staple, with the dynamite sauce it’s actually amazing. They can get busy at times with dinner rushes, but l’d say the food came out at a relatively quick time!
Nice place inside, it’s decently spacious to fit your friends or family. Definitely will be coming back!

Me and my, grandson went to the fish grill at Anaheim hills. The service was excellent! Not only, that the food was delicious. The price was fair and Pablo the manager is so kind. And all the workers are so kind and nice. Always come here! This restaurant is my favorite!

It’s a quick-serve restaurant that we go to occasionally. Order at the counter and they call you when your meal is ready. I had a salmon and swai plate with veggies. My wife had the salmon salad. Both were good. The prices are fair

I eat here 3 x a week. The food is delicious! Today, a Hispanic girl was trying 2 take my order, however.. she couldn’t speak English. She said, we don’t have fish?? And all I wanted was battered cod and she said, we don’t have it. I told her, I ordered it last week?????? She proceeded to ramble on in Spanish then another lady answered my call and finally got my order right. If u cant speak English please don’t let employees answer fone and take orders. She ruined my whole day!!!!

My husband and I both had fish tacos plate with rice and beans. He had grilled and I had the battered. SO DANG GOOD!!! My fish was crispy, you could hear the crunch!
My beans & rice could have been warmer, but still great!

Foods been pretty solid for several years now. Guess they stopped giving bread with order and portions are smaller and don’t try to ask for more than one extra sauce, you’ll get an attitude. But the food is very good
