2nd time ordering online with this location and the bowl has literally no meat, cold, and no Xtra cheese. I understand there are portions in play but I’m not paying $13 for a piece of chicken and a shred of barbacoa. It seems unless you go inside and order you might get lucky to have the bare minimum put in the bowl.

I’ve gone to this location four times now and every time I go, the staff is very calm, friendly and the food is solid. So much negativity on these reviews because of an issue on one visit. Get a life. “Staff looked at me wrong, 1 star and I’m NEVER coming back”. On top of that, the people talking about paying a house mortgage on the food here… Don’t know what you’re smoking or how you spent that much but, I get a loaded bowl with double protein and 3 tacos, comes out to like $25…sooo…

I wanted to give a special shoutout to McKenna! Every time I come in, she is incredibly warm, kind, and inviting. When I was struggling to decide between a bowl or a burrito, she instantly knew how to help me by getting me a bowl with a tortilla on the side. I look forward to seeing her every time I go to this location. This girl is incredible at her job!

My wife just picked us up dinner . Worst customer service ever . Product was very old on line so she asked for fresh meat and clearly annoyed the staff by asking for it to be made . . She asked for things like extra sour cream and was clearly ignored by staff . Asked for large cheese and again ignored. For 40 some dollars for 2 bowls I expect to be treated a bit nicer and made up to standards. If you don’t like your job get a new one . Very disappointing. Do better Chipotle

First visit at this chipotle and while I am thrilled to have a drive through chipotle near me, going inside was a pleasant surprise! It was clean both customer side and behind the counter towards the end of what looked like a busy day. Laura rang us out and was cleaning in between customers, and was a real delight. It’s shocking how important a simple greeting and asking about the day can be nowadays, but I think this is my new go to chipotle in North Olmsted. Thank you for hiring people like Laura. (The food isn’t too bad either for what it’s worth).

Ordered delivery – it wasn’t edible. The rice was raw and crunchy ruining my bowl as well as my husband’s burrito. The last time I picked up here, they gave me the wong order entirely. 0 for 2 with this location and will avoid going forward.
