This is probably too busy of a location for the staff to handle. Every time I’ve came to this location I’m reminded why I haven’t been in a while it’s always disappointing. Yesterday line wrapped around the building (understandable situation) and good quality was being poor I would’ve preferred a cancelled order or refund.

Usually on time w food if you go through mobile app if u go in they will ignore u for a while. Seem to take care w making food have watched then & are precise in their orders they make. Never eaten they’re but it smells good but the back work area could use a better clean up.

Ordered from here last night and my food was extremely salty and was missing a few items. Ive had Chipotle at other locations numerous times and it’s normally great, so I wasn’t sure why it was so salty. After spending an hour of my time chatting with bots and prerecorded messages I finally was able to reach customer support. Was told by a very friendly and apologetic manager that if I came in the next day they would remake my meal for me. Only to show up the next day, and meeting with a very rude manager who said there was nothing she could do, and that she was unsure why the other manager would remake my meal. The meal that I spent $30 on. Very disappointed with the low level of professionalism. I understand mistakes happen, and went out of my way to give you guys a second chance, and unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I won’t be back at this location anytime soon.

So I didn’t tip at the Sheffield Village Oh location through the app, and this is what I get for 10.55 after picking up my meal through the pickup window. I am returning the food, and I have not taken one bite from this. Moreover, it is best for Chipotle that they don’t let you post photos so they can say that the dish was the right amount of food. I was not given another dish or a refund. So they basically took my money and did not give me any goods or services.

I’ve been to this location several times to find that they are out of multiple items. Additionally, there is a lot of staff on site while the line is backed up and only one person is completing orders while another 5-6 are cooking. This is not to mention the other 2 fulfilling online orders. Then, you place online orders for time management sake and end up with certain things missing from your order because they don’t have it and they don’t even mention it, so you go home without your full order.

Waiting at the drive thru for five minutes before someone greeted me, got home and my burrito was the size of a taco and wasn’t wrapped correctly I took a bite and my rice was crunchy ! I don’t know what happened to y’all’s quality but the small burrito I received with tiny portions and hard rice will definitely be the end of this franchise!?!

Everyone was extremely nice here. However, I got a veggie bowl with queso and the rice was not cooked.. you could hear crunching from the hard rice as I was eating my bowl. I had to throw away because it was extremely hard to not pick up rice with the other ingredients 🙁
