Arrived at the store to pick up an order a few minutes before they opened. A worker was outside and very sarcastically asked me if it was 10:45 yet. I said almost and she said “we open at 10:45”. I said I know I’m just waiting for an order. She then said again “we open at 10:45.” Cancelled my order and heading elsewhere. Chastising people for coming to pick up food who are happy to wait until the doors unlock is crazy work.

They should fire this dude, I dont know his name didnt catch it. Think it started with a C. So rude, to not just the customers but, the staff also. Felt like all he did was stand around whine and complain. Honestly felt like none of the staff cared at all. And how is the food always cold, and dry? Disgusting. Store is dirty from floor to windows, the hot area, where they serve up the food, nasty. Just caked in old food. Not going there again, wish I could get my money back tbh.

Love that there’s finally a chipotle in the area. Staff is usually friendly, portions are always good! Tonight my son and I had bowls and our rice wasn’t fully cooked. Was a bit crunchy. Every other experience we’ve had there has been excellent though! Very thankful for Chipotle’s presence in this part of Toledo!

This place was really good when it first opened but after a few months it seems the employees don’t care. How can you run out of cheese and chips 2 hours before close and not make any? Very very disappointing.

Portions are extremely small, if you ask for a little bit more they will put five pieces of steak and charge you $5. I eat Chipotle two times a week. I’ve never had a problem with them putting the right amount on besides the Glendale location has to be the worst location ever

They all got attitudes. Go to any other chipotle. You will literally be waiting for 10 minutes with no one in line and they will do anything but serve you. I don’t know why this behavior and customer service is allowed. Very unprofessional and just rude and nasty attitudes for no reason it’s almost funny.

Food was a bit cold and dare say old. Only 1 person working the counter was really overwhelmed. I biggest gripe is why does it cost so much? I havent had it in quite a while but dumb to pay 20 bucks for a bowl.
