Highly disappointed in this chipotle. They give you a half scoop worth of rice and meat compared to every other location. But don’t worry, they will leave a towering pile of lettuce for you to make up for the fact that you paid the same amount for way less. When all was said and done, my burrito was basically the size of a tacobell burrito fully loaded. Do better with your serving sizes and don’t be cheap with your customers…

every time i order here online , without fail, they mess up my order. I order very simple things, my go-to is 3 chicken tacos with lettuce and cheese. I’ve ordered this over 5 times, and I have never once received 3 chicken tacos with cheese and lettuce. As a matter of fact, I have received three plain tortillas with just cheese, no other toppings or chicken. However, their food is good. It’s never what I ask for, but whatever they throw in my tacos usually does taste good. Ordering here is like saying “dealers choice”, and just letting God decide what ingredients go into your food.

Food is great. Always fresh and perfectly seasoned and cooked to near perfection. Had my first ever order faux pas, but everybody deserves one mistake. I love the burrito and my gf gushed over the tacos (amazingly just her second visit). Was still delicious in a way you just can’t match with a skillet and some ingredients.

I’ve always loved chipotle for the ability to mix and match but they’ve risen their prices once again. Back in the day the vegetarian burritos or chicken used to me $6.79 now you’ll be spending $8.00 for the same thing. Inflation. However Their specialty lemonades are awesome with flavors like rosemary added.

The employees are very friendly and the food is always great. Never had an issue with skimping on toppings like I see as a complaint for a lot of other chipotles. I would recommend ordering ahead of time if you want to avoid the line/crowds.

This may seem funny, but there is a girl that works at this location that is really awesome. I think she may be a manager or shift leader. When she works pick up, that girl is hustling. She is all business and I love it. She is fast, friendly and she doesn’t mess around. I’m a DD driver and when she’s working I always accept orders from this location because she is FAST. I wish I caught her name, but shout out to you!

Any time you order online, be prepared to wait an extra 30 minutes longer than the app says. Every time I have ordered pickup there is a line of 10-20 angry people because they can only get one order out every 5 minutes. The employees are always very rude as well, and I even witnessed a cashier argue with a customer one time for voicing that their customer service is terrible. I don’t understand why I can’t order a quesadilla in the restaurant anymore. I have been getting these since 2010 with no issues. Now when I go inside and order the rest of my family’s food, they tell me that I have to order quesadillas online only. Makes no sense!!!!! You’re still making it right there. It’s on your menu. What if I didn’t have my phone with me? It’s extremely frustrating and I am not happy. If a quesadilla is on the menu, then I should be able to order it inside at the counter period!!!! Ever since the “new” quesadilla came out and they started folding it differently and using a different machine I’ve had nothing but problems. Next time I will just hold up the line and explain to the other customers that I can’t just tell them my order, I have to type it in apparently. Even though they are still making it in the same kitchen at the same place. So stupid.
