Went in and they only had 1 person working the counter, there is normally 2. It was very very slow. When it was my turn they were out of black beans and steak. The employees in the back of house were standing around talking amd on their phones. They should have been paying attention to the front line and what was needed. I was told.it would be 5 minutes until steak was ready and beans would be cooked. I said inwould wait and stepped aside. The next person in line placed their order, but when they asked for corn salsa the staff said they were out of it. At that point I informed the staff that I was going tonleave amd that my order would be cancelled. They did apologize which I appreciate. On the way out I noticed that the seating area was not clean or maintained. I love the brand, but this location needs to live up to the standards the company in general abides by.

My burrito has zero, Al Pastor meat. One job and they can’t do that. if you have ran out, why couldn’t you substitute or cook more? It’s your job.

Speaks for itself. Ordered tacos and got basically one piece of steak, a sprinkle of cheese, a single piece of lettuce and a drop of sour cream on this one. The other two looked the same. Disappointed. This was a drive thru window order by the way. Probably better service inside because they have to make it in front of you, but still crazy someone made this and put it in a bag.

Ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, fajita veggies, cheese and romaine lettuce.

In a great mood, walked in to order dinner for my wife and me. She wanted a quesadilla. “No, you can’t order a quesadilla here, you have to order it online.” Wait, i’m standing here and ready to order some dinner, but I can’t do it here. I have to order it online? “Yes, we cannot ring it up at the in-store cash register.“ So I needed to wait for 25 minutes so they can make a quesadilla for my wife’s dinner. Most ludacris thing I’ve ever seen in my life.

Got a steak burrito and a chicken bowl. The burrito was full of fatty pieces of steak. My chicken bowl was mostly filled with toppings, barely any rice, barely any meat. Won’t be going back for awhile.

I am currently outside your establishment, and your staff is refusing to open the dining room or take orders. From everything I have read and experienced today, this appears to be a common occurrence rather than an isolated issue.

I was planning to use this visit as a test run for an upcoming catered event, which would have involved my entire crew. This was an opportunity for your business to demonstrate reliability, consistency, and professionalism before committing to a larger order. Unfortunately, that opportunity has been lost.

Due to the refusal to serve customers, we are now taking our business to Hot Head Burritos up the road. This experience has raised serious concerns about your operational reliability, and it has directly influenced my decision not to move forward with catering through your establishment.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as situations like this do not just affect walk in customers they cost you larger business opportunities.

Worst Chipotle experience ever, and we’ve been fans for many years. Waited in line inside only to find out that they were out of many of the food selections we wanted: fajita veggies, guacamole, lettuce, and the new red chimichurri sauce (which was the reason we went there in the first place). My carne asada “bowl” ended up being mostly rice with a few pieces of meat on top. I wasn’t even offered beans, so they may have been out of that, too.
