The dirtiest and nastiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. Dirt and food everywhere. Food was even everywhere on the floor. When I walked in around 9pm there were about 5-6 employees doing absolutely nothing. Employees were sitting down eating and on their phones and in the back on their phones and having personal conversations with other employees. No employees were actually working or even cleaning the mess. I was standing waiting to order for about 5 to 10 mins before an employee came up to the front to take my order. Horrible experience

We did a pick up order for 8 people. All of the orders were ready to pick up on time. They were all correct. Love that they put names on the bowls so knew exactly who got what. The store was very clean. Service was great!

I was very disappointed with my experience today. The restaurant was terribly dirty, and it seemed as though no manager or staff member was taking responsibility for the cleanliness and appearance of the dining area. I paid $15.49 for a bowl with a Coke, but it was unpleasant having to eat in such conditions. I hope management can address this issue promptly.”

Atmosphere. Yes it’s a walk- in fast food restaurant basically.
This is Definitely a FIVE star restaurant.
The only downfall and the reason I’m giving 4 star instead of 5 is the online Drive-thru pickup. Ive done the pickup few times and I can say it’s the slowest “pickup fast food” option. Ive waited 10-25 minutes for them to even start asking for a name and giving the order to the window.
If you want absolutely guarantee Hot, fresh, tasty and use the word healthy loosely of course but better than fried stuff from anywhere else. THIS is the best place to go, walk in and get your food Fast and cheap compared to most placed nowadays.
So I highly recommend walking in and enjoying really tasty fresh hot food. If you’re willing to wait a bit longer and still warm but not always hot food for all you anti-social and awkward people out there (me included don’t worry) Using the drive-Thru is Definitely an option for you. BUT NOT THE BEST.
(And if doordashing it etc. It’s usually hot/warm so definitely a good option aswell)
So other than the drive thru. The food, staff and everything in between is Absolutely Very Good. Definitely recommend.

Ordered this chipotle two days ago for delivery, and they gave my order to someone else and told me after two hours of waiting, that they’re canceling my order. Fast forward to today I order double honey chicken and there’s maybe 4 pieces of chicken in this halfway filled bowl.

Got take-out today. Food was great. Service was just ok. Staff definitely didn’t want to be at work today. The worst part was the bathroom. The toilet looked as if it hadn’t been attended to in days. Extremely disgusting! Had to clean it with papers towels and water myself, then layer TO on the seat before doing my business. CLEAN YOUR RESTROOMS!

Worse chipotle I’ve ever experienced..in fact worse restaurant experience I’ve experienced. Sat at the drive through window and was ignored by everyone at the store. After 25 minutes of waiting and being ignored (I would have left but I paid online so I wanted my food) , I desperately waved down an employee once someone made eye contact with me. Handed my food that was ready which was cold at this point. If they were busy I get it, just let me know or at least say please hold on but the fact you completely ignore your paying customers when the food was already prepared sitting on the shelf is unacceptable. Oh contacted chipotle customer service and got 3 BOGO meals (should have comp this meal) but …thanks but will never spend my money at this location ever. I would advise anyone seeing this do not go to this place spend your money somewhere else.

The young ladies serving the food did a great job however, the restaurant never has enough food. You can guarantee they will always be out of something. I e been in management for over 18 years and I can tell you this restaurant needs some serious structure and oversight. I definitely recommend someone with management experience or corporate look into this specific location. I know I won’t ever be back and highly recommend if you must have chipotle go somewhere else.

Do not go to this chipotle you’re better off driving to canal or 256 first off they never have anything at all , they are stingy because they have no inventory apparently my girlfriend wanted white rice they gave her one scoop and she asked for more and the guy asked his co worker and the guy said I didn’t even know we were out of rice. Mind you the store is busy rn and you’re telling me you didn’t know you were out of white rice ? Anyways that’s besides the point , I asked for sour cream once again they have no inventory gave me a slither and I asked for more. He high key had an attitude. I’m not wasting my time or money here anymore
