Everytime we come here the employees look like they want to blow their brains out. This same cashier we always get at night always has an attitude and literally barely acknowledges anything you say, she just spaces out and she looks absolutely miserable. They also arent very good at making online orders. Worst location but only come here bc i live super close.

way too much rice and if they run low on items you get less of it like I did the cheese which was very light because there wasn’t much left. one single person was running the line. lady before me asked him to remove some of her rice

Unfortunately this is the closest Chipotle on my way home, but at this location, you don’t get a choice in what goes in your bowl, you get what they have available, which around 5pm, is typically nothing more often than not.
Want white rice? Sorry, no white rice, only brown. Next day you want chicken? Sorry, no chicken, ok fine, I’ll settle for steak.. Sorry no steak either.. Seems like every time I come here at 5-6pm they’re out of everything. You know there is a dinner rush, but yet you do 0 to prepare for it. This is one of the worst locations in Columbus. Today I took my business to hotheads, where they actually have white rice.

I ordered a Barbacoa burrito bowl. The portion was generous, however, the Barbacoa was almost all fat. That didn’t use to happen. They cooked the Barbacoa long enough that all the fat rendered into the juice. Apparently they don’t cook it that way anymore. I will get the Chicken or Carnitas next time. The girl doing the serving was distracted by the number of customers, and I saw her mess up several orders, including mine, however, she didn’t put anything in my order that I wouldn’t eat. Atmosphere was an active takeout restaurant. As only one group was dining in.

This is a beautiful chipotle. Spotless clean, food is cooked perfectly. They’re not running out of ingredients, staff is incredible and friendly. I’ll be honest with you Chipotle from 2006-2013 was the greatest run in the history of fast casual food. It is rare that you see a Chipotle on this level these days but I gotta give it to them, this one is a 5 star level. The El Pastor chicken was FIRE.

We order through the mobile app. The past few times the order has been wrong. They don’t include the chicken on two separate occasions! Calling the store to advise them of an issue you get the rudest attitude from a undertrained staff that could care less. At this point it’s not worth the $10 to go back and explain everything all over again.

Every time I go here I walk in and am meet with we are out of this this & this. Everytime it never fails. I don’t understand how it continues to happen. You would think they would fix the problem. Online orders seem to take first priority instead of the people who are actually in the store. Workers are usually rude and just look like they don’t want to be there.

When I looked at my receipt at home. They charged me wrong order. I ordered 1 chicken burrito and 1 chicken bowl. But instead they charged me carne asada bowl. They charged me guacamole, and queso de Blanco ,too. That I don’t get it. It’s my fault too. I should checked the receipt before I left.

I have not had chipotle at this location for a while and I’ll probably choose another location to go to if I go again. The food quality was not that great. It was pretty bland and for almost $10 for a bowl I would have expected to not ask for more. I got scooped out a 3/4 scoop of rice and had to ask for more, a small scoop of beans and had to ask for more the about 10 pieces of chicken. I did get plenty of lettuce and corn which I asked for a little bit of corn. There was no line and it was not during lunch or dinner rush.

So I tried this Chipotle again thinking they got things together since the terrible grand opening but not the case. I place a pickup window order today the car at the window doesn’t move for 20 mins not sure what the problem was but why not pull that car instead of making everyone else in line have a horrible experience and cold food . This Chipotle lacks leadership. I hate spending my money and businesses ack like they are doing me a favor….
