So I tried this Chipotle again thinking they got things together since the terrible grand opening but not the case. I place a pickup window order today the car at the window doesn’t move for 20 mins not sure what the problem was but why not pull that car instead of making everyone else in line have a horrible experience and cold food . This Chipotle lacks leadership. I hate spending my money and businesses ack like they are doing me a favor….

Did online and drive-thru pick up. My order was not ready. I waited patiently because the inside was so busy. My order was supposed to be ready by 9:30pm. The restaurant closed at 10pm. I ordered 4 bowls and paid about $54. Once my food was finally ready it was about 9:50pm. My mother is vegan, so I customized her bowl to fit her dietary needs. Sadly, my order was terrible wrong. The vegan bowl was completely wrong and loaded with cheese and sour cream which is not vegan. Items that should have been in another bowl were missing or in someone else’s bowl. I paid for chicken as the protein but barely had any. I was very upset when I got home and by this time the restaurant was closed. My mother wasn’t able to eat her meal and overall this was not a good experience. Will probably never go back to this location for dinner. I don’t think they can handle the dinner time rush.

I will not be doing business with this place anymore!!! Yesterday was the 2nd time the same employee ignored me waiting at the window while she contd to make bowl after bowl after bowl. I’ll take my money to a place that doesn’t feel so inconvenienced by paying customers. Pick up time was 4:20pm on 7/28/23. Also, the chips were stale! I highly recommend you do NOT go to this 3870 S Hamilton Rd. Groveport Ohio location.

The service is hit or miss. Same with the atmosphere. The employees tend to not be friendly and sometimes ignore you out right until they feel like serving you.

I love that they’ve added a textured vegetable option to the protein menu. It is delightfully spicy. I’ve always liked the pick your options line. It’s a good place for vegan options. I do find the dining room experience to be slightly abrasive, too bright, too loud, and hard chairs.

MUST CHECK BAG BEFORE DRIVING AWAY. NO FORK OR NAPKINS INCLUDED. These standard items needn’t be asked for. Retrain the pickup window guy or all pu window people. Food quality was fine.

Chipotle food is fantastic. But the service needs improvement; sometimes I order food online and I have to wait for another 10 to 15 at pickup. “A hungry man is an angry man”. This is my only problem with chipotle.

Literally the worst bowl I’ve ever had. Everything in my bowl was freezing cold rice and all and the rice was hard. They didn’t have lids so they used foil to cover the top guess I should’ve known better. Very disappointed complete waste of money
