Google says the restaurant is open until 11. I got there at 9:10pm. They were out of fajitas, cheese, and corn. I wasn’t told until it was time for those items. So I ended up with a pinch of meat. I’m so annoyed. Also everytime I come in there, the new Caucasian guy is always playing with the food. Like bouncing it around like he is doing a magic trick. It’s weird

Man. I doubt I’ll ever comeback to this location. The Pickerington location gives you better portions on every them. I ordered a bowl and it was like I got 3/4 of what I normally get at the Pickering ton location. I also order is bad of chips. They tasted like they were not fully cooked and again I got way less than I’d get at the Pickerington location

Well, the portion control is OFF by a long shot. We pay for extra meat and don’t get it. I called Chipotle Customer care. They tell me the meat is supposed to be doubled when we pay for extra. It costs $5.90 for extra meat.
Here you can see the weight of the salad. According to Chipotle it should weigh 17 ounces. It weighed 10.5.
This is the millionth time this has happened. Maybe a little exaggerated.
They are consistent in getting the order wrong too. Never brown rice. They always give me white rice.
And look at this salad dressing. Yes, we checked the bag. None of it spilled. That’s all they gave us.

I placed a order via the chipotle app. My order was delivered in 10 minutes which was great. However when I received my order it was missing the burrito, and 2 bags of chips ordered. Not to mention my bowl was wrapped in aluminum foil instead of a lid (see pictured below). The bag had no sticker to secure it either. This is the second issue I’ve had this week with this particular location. Just a few days prior (12/9) I had a manger refuse to speak to me as to why they closed early. The staff member who told me they wouldn’t be able to serve me was polite but when he told the manger on duty that I wanted to speak to them for an explanation as to why, I witnessed the manager tell him no, he won’t be explaining anything to me. Mind you this was to replace a order that was messed up anyways. Which I didn’t eat and still have the food in a bag to return (see below). This is really such a shame because I am a very loyal customer of Chipotle. I will never visit the Canal Winchester location on W Waterloo St again! They don’t care about their customers and it shows. I’ve read their reviews and I’m not the only person who feels this way!

Meat portions were about half of what I usually get at chipotle. I told the manager and she informed me that it was a new guy who was dishing out the small portions of meat. She assured me that she just trained him on proper meat portions five minutes ago and then said “So Now you don’t have to worry about it.” She turned around and walked away with no sorry about that, no can I get you a refund, no how about a drink for your troubles. Nothing. Not thanks for letting me know. Not have a good day. Nothing.

If you all stay open til 11, why are the burners turning off at 9? Especially when you are out Fajitas? The ones that were there wereiteraly burnt. Old girl was on the phone on the line. She is cleaning next to food. It’s ridiculous. If my family weren’t hungry I’d have left it there. Do better.

This chipotle is the worst in the area. Always mess up our online orders – missing items, it’s always dirty, and the food quality is disgusting. Always stale chips, brown guac, and nasty meat and fajitas. Really unacceptable. Won’t be coming back anymore. Gave it more than enough chances.

This was my last time coming to this location. Both the quality/taste of the food as well as the portion sizes are terrible in comparison to any of the other Chipotle locations that I regularly order from.
From the crunchy, bland rice to the mushy steak and some of the smallest portions I’ve seen at a Chipotle, I really don’t feel like I get my money’s worth when I go to this Chipotle location.
