Im so loving burger kings $5 and $7 duos right now. Its very convenient and inexpensive. Im happy the silver hill rd location ice machine has been working lately. I just hate the shopping center where burgers king is located.

Oh my god, the night shift is so slow. If you get hungry at night, don’t even bother going because the customer service is terrible and it takes them an hour to give you a hamburger.

9/3/25 i went into Burger King #12082, I purchased a double cheeseburger, however, the burger was not cooked properly, so i went back to the into the store to as to be made over, the young lady took it to the mgr. the Mgr. name Mario told me that they couldn’t remake my burger because i want it off the broiler, i asked why, he said he have to put it in the microwave to melt the cheese, i told him i didn’t want it in the microwave, I told him burger king offer burgers off the grill not in the microwave, he tossed my burger into the trash, refused to give me my money, I had to call the police to get them to remake my burger. spoke with is District Mgr., name Steven and he basically defended Mario saying well you got your money back, it is the principal.
Why do burger king offer fresh off of the broiler burgers, but want to microwave the burger after it comes off the broiler? in order to melt the cheese, by the way don’t bother to call his district mgr. Steven, he defends microwaving the cheese

Good most of the time but this time I passed by around 8 and got the SpongeBob meal and got coned they gave me a Hershey pie instead of the Patrick one and the food was lukewarm it was bad my stomach is doing flips and I only noticed once I got home so I had to take this lose

Fries weren’t crispy. Whopper sloppyly made. Waited 15 minutes for the food, but wasn’t a lot of people there. Jalapeno poppers were horrible .

Today, (Saturday, July 19, 2025) at approximately 6:15pm, I experienced the worst service ever. My 8yo son and I pulled up to the drive through and as I’m looking at the menu, the gentleman kept asking if I was talking to him, I said no just one sec as I’m still looking (I was on the phone taking someone’s order). He never greeted me or asked me for my order. When I was ready, he kept asking who am I talking to (mind you he never greeted me or initially asked for my order) and I stated I was talking to him for I am ready to order. He proceeded to go back and forth with me all because I told me how his customer service comes off rude for not properly greeting me and asking for my order (again, all he said is, “Are you talking to me”.). I said never mind because he would probably spit on my food and he proceeds to say he probably would and starts yelling out the window. I have never experienced someone saying they would spit in my food. This place lacks customer service and professionalism that I just don’t understand how these employees still work there.
