Very disappointed in what I got for my dinner. I got all my stuff on the side. And they didn’t even fill my containers up. They wasn’t even half way full. 21st chipotle is way better that this one in heath. It was actually my son’s burrito. And he is 24 years old. And it looked like it was for a 1 year old. Come on now people. That is just ridiculous!!!!!! Never again will I order from chipotle heath.

You never know what the traffic at this location will be. Since I have a limited amount of time for lunch, I placed a carryout order that was promised at 12:20pm. I arrived at 12:22pm, order was not ready. I proceed to wait until 12:41pm to get my order. No mention of sorry for the wait, nothing. What makes it even more infuriating, I could have gone through the line at least 5 times while I was waiting for my order. When you place a carryout order to be ready at a specific time and people are coming in and ordering at the counter, eating and then leaving before you get your order, something is wrong. To top it off, the “burrito” I got was a joke. It was by far the smallest burrito I have ever gotten, and it was ordered with extra meat and rice! I like Chipotle, but come on. This was just ridiculously bad.

Employees were not very friendly. I always get extra rice and extra corn and when I asked for it, the young man seemed annoyed. My fiance got soft tacos and there was so much sour cream on them that the tacos fell apart. I don’t know why they are so skimpy with their ingredients. I’ll pay extra, no need to be rude. I’ll just make the drive to 21st street. They are always fast and friendly and give you what you pay for.

First of all the past few times I’ve gone here they don’t give you chips, only to online orders??? I just left there and a lady in front of me was told they only had kids size chips (mind you she had bags of chips behind her) and then when I asked for a kids size chip and she told me “we have them but we aren’t allowed selling them” girl what??? Second of all they are so greedy with the portions they give you, extra rice is a half scoop? Definitely recommend 21st street location this one is not it anymore.

Very busy. A catering order. Our food was delayed 30 minutes. Once it was ready it was hot and delicious. It is understandable that they were slower with a large catering order. Friendly staff.

We ordered for a catering and they said they would deliver at 11:30 pm when they aren’t even open. It was 11:30 am when we asked for delivery. Then they were supposed to deliver the next day at 11:30 and over an hour later still not here. Then we were told delivery starts at noon but 45 mins later, still not here. You can’t talk to anyone to get an answer then they don’t give a straight answer. Do not recommend them at all.

Such a negative customer service experience. Workers were rude and didn’t respond to you. Paid extra for double chicken and literally got half a scoop. This location has gone down hill. I recommend 21st location.

Absolutely terrible. Make the extra drive to 21st street it’s much better. I’ve tried this location several times and it’s always something… my bowl was literally half empty, missing several ingredients, missing my drink and they barely gave me any salsa with my chips. I ordered chicken and steak and I’m not exaggerating when I say there is less than 6 pieces of meat in this entire bowl.

Every time I visit this location they are out of multiple menu items by dinner time. The restaurant is always clean. Tonight it was steak and fajita. The location on 21st never seems to have this issue. Limited parking and the line is usually literally out the door.
