We ordered 80$ worth of Chipotle and there were major food problems. Across all of our bowls we had frozen corn and the tomato’s had multiple of bad pieces and everything was extremely salty. Not ordering from this location again, constantly just a bad location

Came in at about 10:50 in the morning. They apparently hadn’t done prep. They were short 3 of the proteins…already had customers waiting on chicken. Took the server about 5 minutes to complete one burrito. Get down to the cash register…and look down at the bottled drink area. Looked like a burrito has exploded in there. All in all, pretty rough day for this location. Probably need to take a look at their morning routine. I wouldn’t open the doors if I wasn’t ready to serve the client…

Very disappointed with our recent order. Rice was only half cooked in our bowls and not edible at all.
Also they missed to add cheese and corn as part of our order.
Hygiene maintained was very poor.

Filthy store. My kid got a kids meal and they couldn’t give her chicken on the side because it was against corporate policy. Careful not to give you too much of anything as always. Weird experience. Only way I’ll go to chipotle again is if I get a Time Machine so I can go back to when it was good.

I had a very disappointing experience today. I’ve been to Chipotle countless times across the country, with both good and bad experiences — but this location has let me down more than once.
Today, I ordered three identical items. None of them had romaine lettuce or guacamole, and one of them was missing sour cream. When I realized how bad the situation was, I drove back in the rain. Only then was I told they were out of lettuce — something that should have been communicated at the time of pickup. And if guacamole was missing too, why didn’t anyone mention it?
As someone who has worked in food service, I understand mistakes happen. But honesty and clear communication matter. It’s not okay to quietly leave out items people paid for.
I’m sharing this because I care. I will continue to visit Chipotle, but I truly hope this location improves how it handles these situations.

This is easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and that’s saying something. They are constantly out of core menu items—tacos, burritos, chicken, rice, guacamole, and veggies—all at the same time. Not late at night. Not during a rush. At 6 PM. And no, you can’t wait for them to make more because apparently making food at a restaurant is optional here.
The place is consistently filthy, giving off the vibe that cleaning is a foreign concept. The manager is completely clueless, which honestly explains everything about why this location is such a disaster. I’ve even contacted Chipotle’s corporate office about this place and was basically ignored, so clearly accountability doesn’t exist at any level.
It’s almost impressive how consistently incompetent this location is. If you’re craving Chipotle, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Wow! Experience was more awful than usual. No chicken it’s 6pm… no corn salsa… didn’t even let me finish my toppings and just closed it up. Employee was rude and and the front register guy just slammed my bag of food on the counter. This is trash because I kept my cool all the way till the end just to be treated like crap the entire time. The chipotle one Avery rd is the absolute worst. Always has been and always will be. Avoid this location, and save yourself the trouble and head elsewhere. They’ll probably be out of food like usual.

My experiences at Chipotle have been a mixed bag. The food quality when dining in has been consistently great – fresh and delicious. However, I have had multiple negative experiences with online orders. It seems that there is a high likelihood of errors occurring with these orders: it is either the employees simply do not care or there are just simple human errors. This has been disappointing, especially after a long day when all you want is a satisfying meal. While the food itself is excellent, I do wish that the staff would pay more attention to online orders and offer a friendlier greeting to customers.

Recently moved into the area and have tried to give this location a shot. We’ve ordered the last 5 Thursdays and have only had our order correct once. Twice we received the wrong order entirely. Tonight, one bowl had cheese on it which ultimately was wasted due to a dairy allergy. When the food has been right, it was delicious.
The meals that were incorrect were refunded; however, not at the increased delivery rate or a refund for the delivery fees. Disappointing to say the least. Would not recommend delivery from here, but can’t speak to the location or service otherwise.

Came in at 6pm today…. Out of 30% of ingredients since they were not prepped. No apologies from staff. Just “ this is what we have”. Last time I ever waste my time thinking Chipotle will have dinner ready to go, as I will never purchase at this location or any other Chipotle again. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised when they put the former Taco Bell CEO in charge. Next stop powdered “beef” they reconstitute with hot water…like Taco Bell’s owner “Yum Brands”. Bet that would be easy to have ready at 6pm.
