This branch is not upto the mark. I went to polaris and its just awesome. This branch does not have spicy chicken, quesadillas boxes and they don’t even have lids for drinks. Its one of the worst chipotle branches.

Restaurant was dirty and I was starving so I went ahead and ordered takeout. Chicken Bowl was full of something tough and chewy and I pray that’s all it was just gristle . I pretty much gave up on Chipotle after the food poisoning scare a few years ago but decided to give it a try. Disgusting and filthy pretty much sums it up. I’m done with this restaurant

This place never has the vinaigrette no matter what time of day. The people have poor attitudes and obviously can’t keep the food prepared. Such a horrible location, it sucks because it is the only one around. It’s pretty apparent that corporate no longer cares about the horrible service given here. Just close it down already….

In 2020, 2021, and 2022 this was my favorite chipolte but as of 2023 with their terrible new staff it’s become absolutely garbage. Every chipotle app pickup order is late even sometimes by 20-30 minutes. Blue eyes blonde hair white lady asks dumb questions when you say you haven’t got your order yet such as, “have you checked the shelf?” Like what? Obviously I checked the shelf that’s why I’m asking you where it is LOL. I’ve found hair in my food and the rice is worse than it’s ever been. Do better chipolte.

Easily the worst chipotle I’ve been too. If you come here 10 times, 9 of them will be an awful experience. Almost ALWAYS out of faghitas and the guacamole always looks like it was made 3 days ago. The meat is always over cooked, and if you come anytime after 6, you can bet they’ll be out of half the menu. I don’t know how corporate continues to let this location operate. The assembly line is disgusting and the tables aren’t much better. I don’t give many reviews, but this place has to do better.

I love chipotle… just not this one … every time I go they’re out of between 2-5 things …. Tonight I got the guacamole and it had a shredded cheese texture like the Avocado used was not ripe .. I scraped the lettuce off of my bowl because it smelled gross … this is the 5th or 6th time in a row that it’s been like this here … don’t know what the deal is here … but it’s worth the extra 10 minute drive to find the next location….
