Amazing Chipotle experience here in Florence, KY! Awesome staff, service, portions, atmosphere, taste, and efficiency. My Carnitas soft tacos were juicy and delicious. The chips were on point too. Great quick lunch and very happy overall. Keep up the solid work guys. Will be back soon for sure!!

Ordered two kids meals with quesadilla’s and got no quesadillas on both meals. Had to drive back to get them and one co worker acted like it wasn’t a bid deal. Not to mention the food looked super sloppy. Not a good experience at this location. Who ever manages this store needs to really look into who he/she hires.

Went in at 9:02 PM hoping to get a chicken burrito, instead I was greated with “sorry we only have steak and vegetables, we don’t even have rice” and the kid chuckled when he said that. Now I would understand if it was 20 mins before close, but almost an hour? Chipotle constantly going downhill.

Very terrible experience at this location. Short lady with the mole taking my order was very slow. Was also too busy talking to her boyfriend in the back to take my order. Food was okay, this location needs to do better. I sure hope that girl was not a manager.

I ordered the new smoked brisket burrito on the app and really enjoyed it. The brisket was throughout the burrito which allowed me to taste the flavorful meat while eating the whole thing. The smoked brisket had a nice charred bark and smoke ring which showcase that the meat was actually smoked. The smokey, flavorful brisket complimented the rest of the flavors in the burrito. I hope they make it a mainstay on the menu !

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve seen in the United States of America. Everything is dirty, floor, tables, kitchen. Terrible service, they want to put so little food in the Bows, much less than the standard of the Chain. Cold food and staff very unwilling to work. Worst experience of my life in a Chipotle. Got chipotle for lunch today and the 2 young ladies working were not very nice and had no smiles on their faces whatsoever. Neither of them acted like they wanted to be there. When asking if I could have shredded cheese on the side they said it would be an extra charge if I already had some on my bowl. I have done this numerous times before and I have never had anyone tell me that at any other location.

Tried to give Chipotle another chance and was disappointed again. I placed an order for Chipotle for delivery because I couldnt leave work to pick it up. The order was placed at 2:37PM with an ETA of 3:09PM. My dasher showed up at 3:22PM with my cold food after i watched them stop to pick up other orders on the live map. Chipotle customer service offered me a BOGO coupon for my trouble which is laughable at best. I’m done. No more.
