I visited here for the first time on a certain day in September 2025.
I ordered Tacos.
That was Chrispy Corn Tortilla , Brown Rice , Fresh Tomato Salsa , Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa , Fajita Veggies and Romaine Lettuce.
The staff was very kind.
The taste was good.
This store was better than the other Chipotle stores.

My family stopped in to get a quick bite to take home at 930 friday night. The store was out of literally half of the items. No black beans. No queso. No grilled veggies. NO CHIPS. I ordered 3 meals and none of them how we normally get them. There were probably 6 workers in trying to close the store but half of the menu items out 30 minutes before the store closed.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Go to Qdoba across the road or any Chipotle in town other than this location.
This location is an absolute joke and is true to the negative memes made online about Chipotle.
Not accurate/reasonable portion sizes whatsoever.
Professionalism is extremely lacking.
The place is dirty anytime you go in.
Pictured is what we have received around 90% of our visits to this location. Mind you these were ordered as “double protein” meals with a “normal” amount of rice/salad/beans requested.
If there was an option for 0 stars, this would be the location winning the zero star gold medal.

I normally don’t write reviews but felt obligated to share my experience here. The restaurant of itself is completely filthy and I don’t know how they could have passed their food exception. Additionally, I ordered a burrito and it was completely inedible as a burrito. The Chipotle worker who made it did it extremely fast and sloppy and when i opened up my food, without even holding it the entire thing fell apart. This is truly the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Sharing this to warn others not to eat here. It was really that awful.

Stopped in at this new location tonight at 9pm after they’d been open for a bit. The GM-in-training made my bowl and was super cool. The people working seemed to be having a good time.
The restaurant was pretty clean overall and the food was great. Probably the nicest Chipotle store in town right now even though the staff is new.

I’ve gotten guacamole and chips twice there and the guacamole is just smashed avocado. There’s no seasoning no red onion no cilantro, no lime juice… The staff was super Lazy and unhelpful. Every other location I’ve been to is spot on. I just started working in this area. so it would be nice if I could get some quality food and service

If you’re going to charge so much for your food, at least make sure you have it all in the bag when someone orders take out. If you’re going to consistently forget items, at least offer free chips or something as compensation for never getting it right.

I’ve been eating Chipotle for 15 years, and this was the worst I’ve seen it. The trash was overflowing. There was water on the floor. Genuwine “Can I fit in those jeans” going in the background. Not the best family environment. Usually they are quick about refilling the food, but not this time. It didn’t seem there was anyone watching over this particular restaurant. Just disappointed.

0/3, the last 2 times decided not to bother and went to Jersey Mike’s next door. Never even attempting at this location again.
It’s amazing to me that a corporate establishment can be run like such amateurs. Constantly out of the most basic of ingredients (cilantro? Rice? Lettuce?!) so early in the day, somehow EVERY TIME. Staff seem indifferent to the customer experience, twice I had to wait for somebody to acknowledge us even though there was nobody else in line. People just hanging out in the back. Brown guacamole, the food line is just a mess.
Not sure if owner has checked out and just content with the low effort paychecks since people will go regardless, or what. Consistently poor quality. Go to any other chipotle location.
