I was about to give this Chipotle a 5 star review based on the portion sizes and flavor… that was until my wife found a long black hair inside her burrito. I believe when the employee was cutting the cilantro one of her hairs was able to get in the mix.
Our $18 burrito was only 1/3rd eaten and had to be thrown away. Disgusting.

I’m usually a really chill person when it comes to Fast Food. If you make a mistake, I usually understand and move on with my day because I understand how it is working in Food Service, as I’ve worked in it for 4 years. But this is unacceptable. I placed an order for a kids quesadilla meal, and it took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge me, even though they looked at me a few times, then when they bought out my food, it came out with no drink, no guacamole (which is fine because it was late) and cold chips. I didn’t care about the chips because I didn’t have Guacamole, but when I went to open up my quesadilla, it wasn’t even grilled or heated up. It was ice cold (see image below). This is the second time i’ve been here and they have forgot to add items in my bowl (it was about 7pm) and given me cold items so I would definitely not recommend going here.

Gristle in the diced chicken–3 pieces. Disgusting and disappointing. A child could be eating a bowl, and may get choked on the gristle. Experienced the same thing at the Richmond Road location. Perhaps, management, at both stores, could speak to/demonstrate how the chicken is to be sliced, and pitch the gristle. A little bit more attention to detail.

This Chipotle location has gotten our mobile order incorrect the last 3 consecutive visits and the quality of the food we are given is horrible. The chicken is tough, our meal is never hot even when we immediately arrive after placing the order, and everything tastes stale and old. Everything is just tossed in a piece of wrapped up foil and is a huge glob of a mess (these were supposed to be crunchy tacos). Doubt we will ever be back at this point.

I don’t know what is happening at this location, but the customer experience – especially for mobile pickup – is abysmal.
I have given several chances assuming I may have had a one-off bad experience, and I give a lot of grace for fast-food because I know it’s challenging, but I’ve had the same experience consistently over my several recent visits.
Mobile orders are NEVER ready on time. Not occasionally or sometimes – never. BUT the staff will still mark it as “ready for pickup.” What’s even more irritating, the time I waited 25 minutes PAST my pickup time for my order, the staff had marked mine and other customers’ orders as “picked up” so I’m guessing we couldn’t file complaints about our experience in the app later. I even tried to cancel my order while I was waiting for it, only to be told by the app it showed the status as picked up so there was nothing they could do. The support bot is useless.
Furthermore, because mobile orders are never ready, you end up getting stuck in the Chipotlane for an unreasonable amount of time.
This experience is unique to this location and I hope something improves.

Corey needs a raise!! She was handling the to go line and was super nice and apologetic about the wait. There was only 3 people working and she was super kind and understanding and made our bowls fresh and delicious!!

I can’t even begin to comprehend how poorly operated this place is. I placed an app order about 6:05 to pick up at 6:20. I proceeded to stand there waiting for my order from 6:20-6:50, so I had the pleasure of watching the “process” for 30 minutes. They had 7 employees on visible duty, who all seemed to be religiously assigned to one thing only, even when that thing couldn’t be done because they were constantly out of food. Two people were standing at the counter line staring at a wall, waiting for food to make people’s orders. Two people were standing at the register doing nothing, because nobody was getting their food. One person was desperately trying to cook all the food, and two people were desperately trying to make mobile orders in haphazard fashion because they constantly were out of something. I watched a doordasher call the customer service line to cancel an order because it was taking too long, a person leave before they got their food because they had to get to the airport, and had to keep texting my wife updates because our 2 year old was losing it in the car. I don’t even know who to blame, but nobody in there was happy, and I will not be returning to this location. Not worth it. Also, as an afterthought, my burrito wasn’t right.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle, hands down. I don’t ever write reviews but the amount of times this store has messed up created an exception. I ordered on the app and got a borderline halfway filled bowl with ice cold and chewy food plus ingredients that I didn’t even ask for. I asked for double rice and a normal portion of chicken plus other things and this has consistently been the most disappointing and aggravating food experience I can remember. This bowl was over $15 when including delivery fees.

Never met a restaurant chain who cares less about their customer’s opinion. This location is notoriously understaffed. Chipotle’s app worked great for about 10 years. Then about six months ago, it doesn’t work on any device.

Worst location ive ever been to. Waited 5 minutes to have my payment taken as my food is getting cold in front of me. The staff were too busy being rude to one another. It was 11am and all meat besides chicken was depleted. Qdoba is superior, gotta stop going here out of convenience.
