We happened upon this fine establishment weary from travel and had the MOST UNEXPECTED MAGNIFICENT EXPERIENCE! This family business is warm, welcoming and WELL worth the patronage.
Omar took care of us and we couldn’t have been more blessed with meeting him! A real treat indeed!
The food was SPECTACULAR! I live in Denver and I have a mind to make the drive allllll the way back here just to get another meal!

I seldom write reviews, but this one was a must! After 8 hours on the road with another 8 to go, stopping here to eat was the best decision we made. The food was authentic, delicious, and reasonably priced. The owner even took the time to greet us and made us feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommend stopping here!

Casa Mexicana is one of those rare restaurants where you feel taken care of the moment you walk in. Abraham and his family have a gift for doing things the right way — every plate comes out with the kind of care you only get from people who genuinely love what they do. The food is consistently delicious, the service is thoughtful without ever feeling rushed, and there’s a sense of pride in every detail. Abraham himself is an excellent restaurateur, the kind who remembers faces, checks in with a smile, and makes sure every guest leaves happier than they arrived. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home and serves food that never misses, Casa Mexicana is it.

Hubby and I stopped at this gem of a restaurant tonight after 8 hours of driving. I ordered the enchiladas which were packed with chicken and the sauce was to die for! It was almost like a mole, not your run of the mill red red sauce. The raspberry margarita I ordered hit the spot, too!
Hubs ordered flautas, which were just as yummy AND he ate the rice! He never eats the rice!
The ambiance is superb, the service was faster than Jimmy John’s, and the staff we’re very gracious.
Thank you!

What an absolute GEM in the middle of the American heartland! Owner and bartender were friendly and helpful, pork chile verde pictured (on left) were the best I’ve ever had in my life. Dish was called “Tres Mexicanas.” Prices were a real bargain, too. If you’re on a cross country trip taking I-80 this place is worth your time for a stop. Absolutely incredible!

I came here with my son and his family as we were in town for a basketball game. The charm and atmosphere of the hand-painted art fir the holidays, the entrance, the Mexican decorations in a historical building were so enjoyable for a little after game dinner. We loved our delicious food and appreciated the owner coming out to chat with us. I had a dish of Camarones, mushrooms and zucchini in a creamy sauce and it was quite good. Everyone enjoyed their food. Thank you.

Service was good. I had thr Chile’s relenos and while they had a good flavor, the batter was slightly too eggy. Still, would try again.
