i knew it was a reason i haven’t been here in months. it’s barely 1 PM, y’all just opened not too long ago why is the meat already dried out and old. the steak tastes like spongebob’s leather boots. this sweet girl with braids made my order but i guess some girl that was training her? rang me up. i heard the girl that made my bowl tell her verbatim all she had was a regular steak bowl (and I did) but this girl charged me for double meat? how would you know it’s double if you didn’t even make my bowl, but I digress. Just won’t come to this location everrrrr again. P.S. Chips always oily AND stale bc y’all drop one batch for the rest of the day.

I’ve eaten here several times. The restaurant is ALWAYS dirty! Tables are not cleaned after a customer leaves. The floor is filthy, and so is the bathroom. One time, I used my sanitizer and napkins to clean a table before sitting down to eat. The servers barely give enough food for the bowl I ordered. I don’t know if other Chipotle restaurants are the same, but this one really needs some attention.

Monday 12/8/25 7pm, blonde girl not changing her gloves between handling the register and food. This is dangerous to peoples health. You all have to handle lettuce and cheese with those gloves. Will not be coming back as I seen this employee do this before and spoke to the onsite manger. He apologized at the time so I tried to come back months later and it just so happened to be the same girl doing the same thing. I will not be coming back.

Placed a mobile order everything went smooth and got my food quick. It all looked great when I opened my meal to start eating. Only to be met with hard crunchy rice. Not sure if you can see in the photo, all my rice was short and hard, completely undercooked. Do you know how dangerous that is. Undercooked rice can lead to a really bad case of food poisoning. Teach your staff how to properly cook rice.

Asked for no cheese and they put queso on it. Instead of making me a new bowl they scraped it off, leaving queso on the bowl. I got guacamole and they had cheese in it that someone dropped. They could have scooped it without the cheese in it but the woman just ignored that and scooped it with the cheese right after I asked her to take the queso off. They also dropped chicken in the counter and just threw it back in the container. The employees do not care at this location. The Pearl location is way better and cleaner, and staff is much more friendly, did not even get an apology. I should have just walked out, will not be back anytime soon
Edit: Just got home and realized they gave me a bowl that was broken and leaked all over my car seats and pants when I grabbed it to get out of my car. Extremely frustrating. They used way too much lime in the guac and The rice is literally wet. Just gross food and location overall

I’ve been to this location many times but tonight will be my last. I used the Chipotlane for an order tonight. I sat in the non moving like for a good 30 minutes which I was not initially upset about because I understand they get busy. However, when I finally reached the window I was told that they were out of chips (okay that’s fine). I get home to also find out that they didn’t put my queso in the bag. At this point I try to get help on the chipotle app about a refund but it keeps giving me an error so I gave up. I sit to eat the bowl only to get 3 bites in and find A BUG OF SOME KIND. And to top it all off I still can’t get any help through the app.

So disappointed. Just look at the picture of my order they just handed to me. And “We out of chips” would have been nice to know before I ordered them online. I don’t plan to come back. Hope management resolves this.
