I have not eaten at Chipotle since I left TX. This was the worst experience ever with the food. You could tell it was last night’s left overs. The lettuce was not fresh. It was 11:00 when I placed my order. I thought being that early it would be fresh. Well, I will never visit this one again. This taste nothing like I am accustomed to. I giving it a 2 star because the staff was very nice.

Top quality of chipotle I have ever had. I would easily tie this location with the Chipotle on Rodeo Dr in Los Angelas. Driving through and a big Chipotle fan, however often service doesn’t match my expectations or food is prepared incorrectly. I can definitely say this location had wonderful staff, clean building (and kitchen). Also the guacamole at this location has been my favorite so far.

This was the absolutely nastiest chain I have ever seen in my life. As a matter of fact, I’ve never saw any other chain nasty.
The restaurant wasn’t clean and there was food all over the counter. Nothing was clean. We walked in and the line had about 4 people ahead of us and only 1 person was working.
We kindly left because it was just unsanitary and a risk to eat there. Whomever owns and/or manage this location should be ashamed! We left and went to Green Ghost Tacos, it was clean and we had great service!

From now on I’ll just go to Madison. I ordered online and picked up at the window. The sauces in my bag were upside down and leaked through the bag tearing it. I almost dropped the whole bowl. Not only that but the bowl was not full. There was a whole corner missing. I was definitely charged full price and didn’t receive a full portion. Please check your food before you leave instead of waiting until you get home like I did. It cost way too much not to receive what you pay for.

Worst place to go to for tacos or food for that matter. I went in person to place an order (I couldn’t order through the automatic phone system nor should I considering how I’ve always been able to place an order with a live employee at other taco restaurants). The cashier misunderstood my order (I wanted a beef taco,if they have it,and a side of steak) and gave me a folded taco shell and a side of steak. I guess she thought I was gonna make it myself. Then when I finally placed an order,their card machine wouldn’t read the chip after several attempts. Any restaurant should have their stuff together as many customers come in to place their orders with them and not everyone do cash. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody! This restaurant deserves below one star!

The tabletops were all dirty. Floors are covered in food. The self serve area had no tea when I asked for unsweetened tea the girl never said anything to me and gave me overloaded sweetened tea. There are no napkins available at self serve area. This restaurant is in very poor condition. No one has taken the time to take care of these issues. Food is ok. No grilled vegetables available and the girl that served the sour cream, guac and cheese overloaded the bowl and very carelessly plopped it onto the top. I will come back one more time to see if management has made corrections to the dining area.

don’t waste your time here just go to madison. they’re always out of us at least 3 things every time i come. they never have vinaigrette. the workers’ attitudes are nasty. normalize name tags so i can complain about the exact ones! instead of greeting you they just stare until you say something. not sure who’s working but i was here tonight at 7:30pm 02/17. please do better

Chipotle is a nice pure Mexican restaurant. They are very much an interesting mix of high end and low end meeting in the middle to form a medium priced product that is a little higher than necessary, but still at an affordable price point. The food is very good though the menu is somewhat sparse. It stays in a very minimalist lane as far as selection on food and drinks. The food is also brought in fresh daily so I’ve been told and the portion sizes are decent The service was great. The atmosphere was slightly nice the building was built new from the ground up but I will say they have electrical outlets up high on the walls as if they intended to add television and didn’t so the entertainment viability is low. The aqua fresca drinks are really good also. All in all I would go again and I think you should try them out too. They are very good.

So happy to finally have a Chipotle close to home! The steak was cooked to perfection – tender and delicious. Salsas are very good and food is fresh. Went inside to order food and had no problems. Looks like the low ratings are from pickup timings, but this is a new location and was super busy going inside. Give this location a try.
As always, the guac is extra and worth it.
