Restaurant quiet right before the dinner rush. Got the chicken bowl. GUACAMOLE always on point as usual. Chicken seasoned well. The new chimichurri sauce is a tinge of spice and adds to the meal.

Update* please, dear God, find someone who can make the BURRITOS… I get the same thing every time and they’re different sizes every single time.

Ordering here has never once been hassle free. I used to love Chipotle. No matter how hard I had to work to get a simple burrito or burrito bowl. It’s just not worth the hassle anymore. Leaving empty handed again and $14 short that I’m going to have to get a refund for because I decided to order using the app which sent my order to a location 50 minutes away. I just can’t keep wasting my time for an over-hyped burrito.

Food was awful. Service was awesome. The food not so good. I couldn’t eat the burrito it was to chewy. Food was bland. I ended up throwing my food away I forgot to add. Very first time trying Chipotle ever. Will i go back? Hmmmmm

This place has so many issues. My daughter really wanted to try this place so we waited until they had time to get the kinks worked out after the grand opening. First thing after walking in we were told we would have to wait for the chicken to cook since they were out. We waited for 10 minutes (no big deal), then started back in line and had to wait about another 10 minutes to get back to the order area. The moment we started to order we were told they were out of shredded cheese. We would have to wait until they shredded more. We opted for the queso to speed things up. Well they were almost out of that too. The meat portions were comically small. The rice was basically mush. The only positive part of the meal was the lettuce was fresh. Spend your money at local Mexican restaurants that will serve you faster, better quality food, and be much cheaper.

My husband and I ordered burritos through the app and received all we asked for in a timely manner. We were both pleased with the portions (I ordered extras of almost everything I could, and the burrito was appropriately quite large!). So excited to have a Chipotle close by now!

I keep trying to give them chance after chance after chance but these are incredibly small portions for the amount of money I spend here weekly. Whether I order via the app, DoorDash or walk in, I’m just not happy with the portion sizes. Sorry guys, I had higher hopes for this location. I’d rather take my money back to El Patio and actually get full from the portion size meats with better service!

It was our first time going here. We have ordered Chipotle before and have never been disappointed. Today however, was bad… we ordered a bowl and a burrito. Both the bowl and burrito were lacking the fillings, especially meat. My burrito only had 3 good bites with meat while the rest of it was rice and beans with a giant dollop of sour cream in the middle. The bowl was not even filled up. When ordered in the past the bowl was full and we felt we definitely got our moneys worth. When asked why they weren’t filling the bowl, the worker just said it was the standard.

The food was good but I got a rice bowl and there was barely any rice or anything else for that matter. I ordered and paid for double steak but pretty sure I only got a single. I don’t understand why ypu can go to some and they make a full bowl but others it’s seems to be only 1/2 full.

The food we got was old and cold at 4:30 PM and not like the picture showed.

The employees were not friendly at all and looked at us like we were stupid because we didn’t know how to order. It was our first time eating there.

The tables were dirty or looked like they were wiped with a dirty cloth.

Overall, we decided we won’t go back. We spent $35 on a burrito, a bowl and 2 bottled sodas. That’s a lot for a fast-food place.

I’ve been here 4 separate times and thought maybe in the beginning it was just new business kinks, which is expected with an entirely new franchise.
But I don’t think that’s the issue anymore. If you go in person expect for the line to be missing food items, or the items maybe cold and old.
This has been a repetitive issue each time, which in turn leads to long wait times because customers are waiting on key ingredients like chicken or rice.
There’s also an issue of if you order online your order being incorrect and incomplete.
I love going to other chipotle’s but my experience at this particular one has been less than satisfactory each time. Maybe they need more time for management to get everyone on the right track.. I hope they can improve going forward but my optimism is waining with each visit.
