I arrived at 10:20pm to a customer signaling to me that the restaurant was closed. SOMEBODY from restaurant needs to contact me ! Do you know how much business you missed from 10:20 to 10:40pm ? I sat and watched 3 more people walk up and the staff member tell them the same thing. Somebody from this restaurant needs to contact me IMMEDIATELY !

This place is over hyped the service is ALWAYS TRASH! Placed an in app order went through the Chipotle lane to pick up and waited past the estimated time which was not really a b8g deal but when I was handed the bag it had no eating utensils or napkins, so I asked the young lady at the window and she literally got mad threw things in the restaurant and was mumbling something unprofessional and with poor customer service. Too bad Jersey Mike’s was closed because that’s what I truly wanted!

The food amount they give was extremely small. We understand y’all can only give a certain amount but for $11 for one scoop of rice, a joke. The workers could be more friendly as well. Y’all are in collierville, do better!

The worse thing about this place is the service!! The food is not good enough to offset the horrible service and price!!. Waited to be served while the employees seemed to be gossiping about someone. Then was given very little steak. The grilled vegetables are always low so didn’t get much of that either. The tea container showed it was unsweet but it was sweet tea so had to throw that away. The dispenser was broken on the other tea container and no indication what it was. I asked the cashier to get me some unsweetened tea. She tells me its over there. I said its broken. She then says thats all we got. Wouldn’t even go get some from the drive thru window or anything. Every time I come its something like this. What should be routine easy requests are seen as big problems and they can’t be bothered. I had hoped things would be better since the last time I was there. Maybe if I come back next year.

If you go in it’s fine but DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP HERE. They will not give you majority of your order. I didn’t have ANY of my toppings on my bowl nor did i get double meat. Luckily chipotle customer service is S tier and super easy to deal with. I went inside and the place was good, but whoever is over mobile orders should be fired. They LITERALLY aren’t doing their job. I’ve worked in food service for years it’s really not that hard.

I ordered chicken burritos and guacamole and didn’t realize there was an issue until I got home. The rice was completely uncooked and very hard. The guacamole was extremely salty, as if an entire salt shaker had been emptied into it.
I tried calling the store , but no one answered. I then went back to the location to speak with someone about the food quality. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told to contact the Chipotle website, and the staff refused to have the food checked.
I also noticed that the trash cans in the store were overflowing, which added to the poor experience.

Me and the wife came here since Moes down the street was closing. After ordering at Chipotle, we didn’t even get any chips. Apparently, you have to pay for chips at Chipotle. At Moe’s, chips automatically come with your order. Then we didn’t receive and utensils or napkins. The sauce selections were very poor. WOULD NOT be coming here any more. This is the third Chipotle location we have tried, and each time have been let down each time. NEVER AGAIN.

We’ve given this location so many tries, because in general our family likes Chipotle and it is near. Recently we have had orders missing food or prepared incorrectly. Usually the food is cold, even if all else is well. Tonight the order was correct, but all of our food was swimming in liquid and overly salty, and the carne asada tasted off. It’s too bad that this location continues to struggle. Sigh.
