Poor service came in at little after 9pm and looked like they were closing and wife’s burrito was horrible! Found hair in burrito half way through my wife eating her burrito, thought it was weird they were using a leaf blower to sweep the floor!! tried calling no answer.First and last time at this location will not be back.

Wow, just wow. I used to love the N Roan Chipotle but they have declined tremendously! This store is clean, friendly, smells nice and yea, ima big ol boy and I love my burritos. Got a double chicken double steak triple double bean burrito and oh my gah lemme tell you that thang was bangin. BOY can that blonde boy on the grill cook!! I recommend to anyone and everyone and I tell you now this will be the best experience at a chipotle you’ll ever have!

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I think it’s ridiculous they charge you $2.75 for guacamole and they don’t give you chips. Otherwise, I love Chipotle.

What really made the visit stand out, though, was the service. The manager, Ethan, was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that every customer had a great experience. It’s rare to see that level of leadership and positivity, and it really made a difference. This location sets the standard — I’ll definitely be back!

I have been a loyal chipotle customer since the mid 2000s. After reading numerous negative reviews for both locations I was definitely skeptical, but I decided to give this location a try on a Friday afternoon. An employee opened the door for me and I was greeted by friendly staff. Portion sizes were generous and I was very happy with the taste of my food.

Got there at 9 pm and there was no hot salsa and no sweet tea. When I questioned if they planned on making more and brought up the fact that they’re open till 11 pm they just looked at me like I was crazy and said no, sorry.

First time going in to this location, we’ve been to the one by the mall many times and have never had any issues. As soon as we walked in the guy making the food seemed to have some sort of attitude, and slopped our order together. We asked for tacos and it looked like he tried making a make-shift burrito out of the small tortillas.
