I went in 1 hour before close. There was no product. I was told “we’re out” on 4 different items! I understand being out of something that close to close, but 4 was crazy. Especially when there were 5 team members in the kitchen not doing much of anything. A menu is a commitment to the guest and I was let down by this location that night.

The man and women making my food were absolutely so rude! He did not respect my food allergies and got angry when he messed up my bowl and put meat on it(I don’t eat meat) then the women I asked for extra cheese and she put the smallest amount ever. I love chipotle never had any issues..nor have I ever been disrespected like that. Will never be coming back to this location

Went on for a regular chicken bowl and had to pretty much beg the worker to add more food into the bowl. This location is constantly being rude and shorten the food amount they give. I complained and so did two more gentleman. Don’t even bother going to this location unless you want them to try to scam you into paying extra for double chicken after they give you scraps. They need to hire better quality workers and not ones with attitudes or act like they’re being held hostage by corporate.

BIG SHOUT OUT ALERT!! BIG SHOUT OUT ALERT!! Green Hills, Nashville, TN Chipotle Mexican Grill had a team of Rock Stars working today. Bigger SHOUT OUT ALERT specifically to manager, Chase, and Austin for teaming up to do a triple check on my super last minute lunch for 20 people DURING lunch RUSH hour!!!! The order I had online wiped itself to zero items in my cart leaving my business lunch team with zero food. Thank you Chase and Austin so very much for pulling me through a ROUGH spot in my work day!! You guys have no idea how much your act of kindness to help means to me.

Was greeted and welcomed graciously.
But unfortunately that’s where the happiness ended. The food was served relatively fresh, but the chicken burritos which we ordered had usual pieces which were tough and very stringy which made it difficult to eat.
Seemed like smaller portions than competitors (we like eating part of the meal) and taking the leftovers home for later.
And the prices were higher. Almost $4.00 for a very small bag of chips which were not fresh nor tasty / crispy. Included was a very small container of queso.
The meal was lacking, and chips / queso was definitely a failure.

I decided to delete my previous review and add a new review. I have seen major major improvements in this chipotle everything from the food to the customer service is so much better. I’m happy to see these changes and I will be coming here more often. The chipotle meal I just had from here is the best chipotle I’ve had in a very long time and I eat Chipotle regularly.

This is a very clean and nice looking chipotle. Even though their food quality has plummeted over the years this place is better than others. However, I did not see the staff as very friendly. It also drives me crazy when they try to do a large order while waiting customers have to watch them prep this order. Lastly, the lady at the register did not have any chips ready and she went in the back and scooped the fewest amount of chips I have seen ever. She used a Togo bull and scooped it halfway. Pathetic.
