Chipotle is pretty consistent. The food is fresh, the portions are fair, and you can get in and out without wasting half your day. The bowls are always the safest move. When the team is on their game, everything tastes great and the line moves fast. When they’re not, you feel it in the portion sizes and the wait time. Still, it’s one of the better quick spots when you want something that feels a little cleaner than typical fast food.

This location is epic. Tons of toppings given. The loud booming music was fire. Try the dragon sauce it is sour cream and salsa. Also try the “fun drink” of part Sprite, lemonade, and part mandarin Fresca. Line moved quickly, kids had fun! Ice comes out fast, heads up

Take a look at my other reviews, I like to write positive reviews. This place unfortunately has forced me to write on the negative side of things. I saw the commercials for the new brisket bowl salad. We decided to go to chipotle down the street and try it.. as we walked into the restaurant we noticed the tables were dirty. The condiment area was out of stock. There were no forks. when we got into the line to place the order, I told the man that I wanted the new brisket bowl that was on the billboard.. I told him I wanted him to make it just like the picture. he became irritated at me and said what do you want on it? I said I want it to look just like the picture he said what kind of rice do you want? I said what kind is on the picture? I did not feel like a valued customer and at that point, I realized that I was not going to get anything like what was on the picture so I just told them to put some stuff on there. I asked them to put a dash of sour cream on the side and they took a giant spoon full and blobbed it right on top. We ordered chips and they put 12 chips in the bag for $1.85.. the 12 chips that they did put in the bag were like pieces of rubber with no crunch. I have traveled all over this country and at it every kind of restaurant and this one is pitiful. I blame the owners for not training anybody there or something this is unbelievable. ! The only way I will remove this review is if I get a full cash refund.

I have never had a great experience at a chipotle but I wanted to give this one a chance. The building is small so if you plan to eat there be prepared to eat close to strangers. The tables were dirt looked like someone poured rice on the floor. The person making my food was very pleasant. The food itself was not worth the price I paid. The tortilla was gummy and the last two bites my rice was crunchy like it was undercooked. I have learned my lesson no more chipotle for me it’s not worth the hype.

The email confirmation my husband received says veggie. Well, the bowl contained chicken, and I’m allergic to chicken. Enough said.

I try not to leave negative reviews unless I feel obligated to relay information to fellow customers / manager. Although my burrito bowl was loaded to the max and it was good food, this is the second day in a row where I had to wait a significant amount of time for service, where employees just looked at me. The person in front of me was asking the same thing wondering where the employee that will check us out was, while other employees just walked around and ignored the situation. They were also out of chips, I asked if I could wait on some and they said no they were just out. They also did not have any forks. There was nothing but spoons, even where the forks were supposed to be. And the whole entire utensil area was messy (see picture). This establishment needs to do better. They are badly representing this chain.

OMG! JUST GO TO THE LOCATION DOWN THE STREET.. SMH This location is not even worth my time giving this review. This would have been my first and last eating at Chipotle Mexican Grill if I didn’t have faith. Everyone deserves a second chance. This location is horrible with a capital H. Not only was the assuming shift leader yelling at the staff, while eating her food in the lobby water was everywhere, nothing was fresh, and everything was dried out. The fountain machine area was flooded with a sign that said wet floor soaked floor was more like it.. I mean, why take a job to serve the public if you just don’t care about nothing but a paycheck? You will cost that company more in the long run. I am sorry for the non English speaking employees. They did the best they could despite being yelled at by lead or manager (whoever she was). Leadership is a team working in unity to accomplish something together, not barking orders. Respect, patience, and helping go a long way. It takes the stress off everyone. I can imagine what was going out the drive- thru window.. smh

I have never been more consistently frustrated with a restaurant in my LIFE. Be expecting to wait at least 30 minutes longer than whatever the app says in the drive-thru. And instead of cycling cars or asking them to park you wait for every single person to get their food that is NEVER READY. I honestly have no idea what they are doing in the drive thru line but it is extremely inefficient.

my first time here, pickup at chipotle lane was a breeze. the worker could have been more friendly but overall no complaints. my second time, I had to wait forever at the window. and it was honestly no big deal, they were busy. but when I got home, my bowl had missing ingredients and barely any chicken but I was still charged the full price. they always skimp on the chicken and look at each other when you ask for a bit more. I always tip because I know times are tough and they are young workers but management needs to do a better job. I don’t think I will be returning.
