I swung by for a quick bite and I kept it simple with a Chicken Sandwich, Nuggets Meal, and an order of Waffle Potato Fries, and each one was fresh and satisfying. The Chicken Sandwich was juicy with that classic seasoned breading and crisp pickles that make it so good every time. The Nuggets were tender on the inside with a nice crispy coating on the outside. The Waffle Fries were hot, crunchy, and perfectly salted. Even though it was busy, the staff stayed friendly and moved the line quickly, and my order came out accurate. It was just an easy, dependable meal that tasted exactly how you want it to.

Had the opportunity to eat at my local Chick-fil-A this week while traveling back from a meeting. The Sunset Hills location at 12:30 on Thursday was a popular spot as the drive thru was busy with multiple Chick- Fil-A employees catering to customers ordering. The friendly staff directed me as to the best place to cut across on foot as I elected to order inside. Eager staff, quick attention to my order and friendly follow up to insure I had my drink and custard dishes. My job has me traveling to multiple Midwest cities where I frequent Chick-fil-A way more than one should and I get to see first hand how most franchises with larger land spaces are not run as efficiently as the Sunset Hills location with a smaller footprint. Thank you to the Sunset Hills location for keeping your patrons safe while on premise and keep up the fantastic service.

Hits every standard Chick-fil-A has set. The chicken was great, the fries were great, happy employees, very clean, drive through was busy and moving very fast. Would definitely come back again

Was craving Chick Fil A and placed a pickup order online. I was a bit disappointed in general. The food was kind of dry at this location, not very fresh tasting. But the worst part? So crowded, and the parking lot design is a nightmare. The kid trying to direct people around was making absolutely no sense and yelling at people. Next time I’ll do Cane’s if I’m out this way, Chick Fil A is decent but no longer worth the hassle.

Tabitha was working the outer lane of the 2 lanes of ordering.
She is friendly, patient (especially since I don’t know the menu), professional (it is scary – windy) and so polite 🙂

October 2 2025 ordered a meal. The customer service at the counter was good. The problems I had was the lady with blonde hair was not very friendly when food brought to table. When I went to get a refill the lady with blonde hair said a snarky remark about me to a another co worker and watched me leave which was creepy to me.

The parking lot to the entrance was not clearly marked, We waited in the drive thru line just to get to a parking spot. Then we had to walk all the way around the building with 3 small children to find the entrance door. Thein drive through lanes where blocking the clear path to the entrance. When we left the building, we again had to cross 3 lanes to get to our parked car (all while the drive through traffic was moving) one of our small children almost got hit by a car that drove around the 2 drive through lanes because we were walking between cars to get to our parked car. (There was no other way around it. The cross walk was no were near the entrance door and no sidewalk to get to the crosswalk from the door.
This parking lot/drive through is a poor design that needs to be redesigned.

Great food as usual. The highlight is that the manager would walk around and locate customers with chic-fil-a food and ask if you need any refill. He even being over the refill drinks to your table!

Not exaggerating… 5 different FOH employees made direct eye contact with me before someone asked if I had been helped and took my order. However, Jeremy was very pleasant and helpful.

Went for lunch, was really good, super friendly staff only issue was the location and parking lot does not accommodate for the shear amount of traffic that goes thru there. The manager did come out and directed traffic (great job and great attention) but people just don’t pay attention for that tight of space.
