I ordered my food through Door Dash. This was my first time ordering from here and possibly my last time. I received my food in a bag that had been opened before I got it. The Burrito Bowl was nothing like the pictures. Like I said this was my first time ordering from them so I didn’t know what to expect. But I thought that it would be close. I also ordered a regular Burrito for my son and he loved it. I believe that you should get what you see in the advertisement.

My husband and I split a carne asada burrito. The carne asada is not advertised as well done but ours was well done, super chewy and cold. The rice was not cooked all the way so it was hard and crunchy. And the tortilla was not cooked all the way so it was hard to chew and very doughy. The inside of the restaurant was clean but the soda fountains are all down. The staff was very nice, and I’ve had much better Chipotle burritos, but maybe Chipotle is just falling off or this location doesn’t prep correctly.

The food was good. But, that is its.

The way they slopped the food in bowl was not something I’d solely give a bad review for. It was just the first thing in noticed.

When you go in a place that has great service you notice. When you go in one that doesn’t, you also notice. What are the things you notice about? Bad service is that the staff tends to be more focused on their own personal conversations and interactions than on what they’re doing for the customer. That was certainly the case here.

Something you notice about good services the way people greet you when you come in the door, when you engage with them, and when they begin to take your order. Places with bad service do what this place is, virtually ignore your existence. eventually, ask you what you want simply because they have to provide that.

When you go in a Chick-fil-A, you’ll see exactly the opposite of everything you’ll see in this place. You can tell Chick-fil-A trains their staff to focus on the customer. I’m not sure these people had any training.

Another thing I began to notice as I looked around, was the disgusting condition of the restaurant. The pictures don’t give a good idea of this. There was trash on the floor. The drink machine was broken. The condiment station was a mess. The trash was flowing out of the garbage can.

Oh, and, they were out of chips at 7:15 PM.

I don’t mind spending money on food that is good. I travel quite frequently and eat well. So, with that in mind, I have a hard time thinking this particular food experience is worth almost $19.

This chipotle has to be the most inconsistent chipotle in the USA! I go in around 7:30-8pm on a Thursday. “Sorry we are out of every protein” “but I do have one single serving of chicken left” which in my eyes looked like half a spoon of chicken for the “one full serving left”. This has been consistent at this location, they’re always out of something, low staff, chips being hit or miss(stale/not stale). But to have no protein of any sort on the line. Is a new low… which is why I’m writing this.

So I left… and went to Qdoba,which had wayyyy better service and every option on the menu was hot n ready!! Everyone needs to just go there instead. This chipotle ain’t it.

First and last time visiting this location. Very skimpy portions. 2 pieces of hot honey chicken, not even a scoop of fajita veggies. Look how shallow my bowl is. Who ever auto replies to the comments prompts you to go to a link for customer support, which leads you to a chat bot with absolutely no reassurance of fixing the issue.

This is my favorite chipotle to visit from all my travels around the country. Everytime I am in Birmingham. My favorite things about this location are the people and they always have fajitas veggies on hand and they are cooked just right not over cooked in oil like many other locations.

I’m a frequent flyer at Chipotle so I know what to expect from these places. Very rarely have I had a bad experience but the service at this one was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Staff was rude and unwilling to acquiesce simple requests. I asked for fajita veggies which they had none made and requested some be taken from the to go bar which had ample stock and I was told that “wasn’t possible”…….just let that sink in……our food was decent but the guys working the counter were sloppy and did a terrible job wrapping the burritos thus opening my foil to a mess. I’d avoid this location and go somewhere with competent employees. The napkin and cutlery stock were also poorly managed. Obviously the workers here are not concerned with customer well being or happiness. Staff is also visibly on their phones in common areas (picture included) with basically no regard for customer needs. This place needs to be shut down

Went in today, ordered a burrito, the girl changed the pan OVER my food and water was dripping from the pan. She then proceeded to touch the the rice and my burrito WITHOUT changing her gloves. That is disgusting and contamination. Had I ate the burrito I’m 100% sure I would’ve gotten sick. From the germs and filthy gloves. I was shocked she did that because 3 managers were there sitting in the dining area.
