Went during lunch hour on a Thursday. It was pretty busy but the line was fast moving. One of the employees was great, greeting us, joking and getting our order done at the same time.
Ingredients were good too and they were constantly making fresh sets to refill what ran low.
My only complaint is that it was really loud inside. Fortunately, they had outdoor seating where we ended up eating.

Do not order through the app. I got a half bowl of rice and the dinkiest amount of salsa and cheese. There was maybe 6 tiny pieces of carne asada. I paid almost $15 for a bowl of rice. Showed the staff and compared to everyone checking out and the acted like they didn’t care. Wouldn’t remake and wouldn’t refund. Gave me a business card for a general manager that sent me to an automated system to place a phone order . Waste of time, money and energy. Save yourself and order Bubbakoo’s instead.

This Chipotle was not run well. They ran out of chips, veggies, chicken al pastor, ice and all agua frescas. The drinks were also warm. They offered me the fruit cup pictured instead of the chips that were supposed to come with my kids meal.

I directly observed the line worker grab a silver bin that contained raw meat, stacking it, on top of other containers which held raw meat and were waiting to be washed I assume, and then proceed to touch the fridge, grab a bin with lettuce for the line, dig her gloved hand that was not changed in it, to fluff the lettuce around and place it in the line. I was absolutely revolted by the contamination and thank goodness I witnessed this before feeding my two toddlers and myself who is pregnant. When I confronted her about it she looked confused and seemed to try to defend herself but she was literally so unaware and oblivious and clearly did not understand what she did wrong. the manager came over listened to what I said and did absolutely nothing – continued to serve customers without changing out the contaminated food and the line person literally did not change her gloves once. I’m shocked anyone continued to eat anything there after witnessing that. I won’t be coming back – literally disgusting!

I’m embarrassed that Americans and tourists think this is a real Mexican restaurant. From the moment I arrived, I saw the dirty tables, but there were no people there, and I was hungry, so I didn’t pay attention. I asked the girl at the counter in English if she spoke Spanish, to which she said yes, but with a disdain that showed the question bothered her, as if having Latin roots bothered her. From that moment on, the treatment was rude and extremely naco. She acted like she didn’t understand, and even an American woman came up and kicked her out. Until another guy came and waited on us, noticing that, due to her attitude, there was already a line of more than 10 people. The bowl wasn’t too bad, but the rice was hard, and the soda machine didn’t have ice. It’s better not to even talk about the bathrooms. If they can’t clean the tables, what can I expect from the restrooms?

We ordered 12/21/2023 evening. This site is destroying Chipotle’s good reputation. 1. Dining area is filthy 2. The person who prepared our meal, as I watch from a distance, keeps touching his face while he’s preparing our meal. 3. The rice is not cook at all, not even half cooked. See the photos. You can tell the cooked rice vs the rice they served. Where’s the manager that ensures food quality? Smh ♂️

Nothing was stocked. No forks, napkins, drink lids, and half the sodas were empty. Limited options for protein only two or three were stocked up. Waited in the line for 30 minutes because it was so slow.

I travel frequently throughout the East Coast, and this is the first Chipotle location that was unwilling to substitute the kids’ meal tacos with rice. I explained that I’ve gotten this substitution at other Chipotle locations before, but the manager responded that it was not permitted. The interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational for such a simple request.
The food was delicious, but the energy of the visit shifted after that exchange, which took away from the overall experience.

I have no idea what’s going on in this Chipotle. Every time we come, everything is so disgusting and nasty. It feels like the workers don’t even want to be there. The girl that was preparing the food was so lost, and every five seconds she would turn to ask what we were requesting. Idk if she actually spoke any English. Then my boyfriend kindly asks for fresh rice on a different bowl after they started his bowl because the rice they had was very low and it looked old and nasty. The girl didn’t understand anything he said, and she asked another girl that was at the register; then both of them seemed lost and kind of annoyed at his request. They immediately tell him it’s going to be extra. My boyfriend says that it’s okay, and then they proceed to just put one scoop of the new rice on top of the old rice. Like, bro, are you joking? Then they ran out of everything in the line, the girl was lost, we asked for queso, and there was no queso. We waited around 20 minutes for the stupid queso, and everyone else was being helped while nobody even acknowledged us. After the 20 minutes I go to the counter to ask her about the queso, and she just tells my boyfriend it’s going to be this amount and hands him the queso, not even sorry or something. Very disappointed. I don’t think we’re ever going back to this place again.
