I really like going to Chipotle, I usually get a salad with the carnitas and the steak hot sauce onions and peppers when they have them sometimes they don’t and then I get this sour cream and the cheese. I really like this combination. This store was nice and clean the restrooms were clean The only thing I didn’t care for was they ran out of the diet Coke while I was there and they were not able to get it going again.

Wow byfar the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. I ordered a chicken burrito. I’m American and can speak perfect english, and the lady who served me could barely understand me, and i had to repeat myself multiple times, and i just ended up pointing to what i wanted. I get that theres a lot of Hispanics in the area, but people should know how to speak and understand English properly to be working a job in america. The people in front of me in the line ordered the same thing as them, and they somehow got double the amount of chicken for the same price? Definitely won’t be returning to this location or Chipotle at all. They were out of both rices in the front and asked if I wanted rice. I said yes and only gave me the option for white rice and had to go to the takeout station to get it. I basically paid for veggies, beans, and cheese. The lady was clearly new and couldn’t even wrap my burrito, and the person at the register had to come over and redo it and didn’t even put the new wrap on the grill. I don’t know who runs this place, but it seems like new employees have free will to do whatever they want and are not properly trained. I used to work at a subway and would give generous portions of Mears because why not? I just don’t get it if they allow the employees to not have all the food prepared, they clearly can choose to give bigger portions. The employees have 0 customer service skills and should nit be working in this industry because I’m done with Chipotle because of them. I do not really believe in second chances, and there’s plenty of other options nearby.

I haven’t been to this location in a couple years. Seems a little odd for a Chipotle to be dead slow. Staff wasn’t really welcoming and ignored me for a bit. It was a bit dirty, which should’ve seen as a red flag. Ordered food, area was dirty and messy. Ordered Queso on the side, looks so old. I sure hope I don’t get sick. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

Lunch on 5/28 at 1:15pm. This location was filthy. We felt sorry for customers trying to find a place to eat every table was dirty; so my husband and I cleaned them the best we could. The trash is over flowing and the glass (sneeze bar) was cover with food/filth. There were plenty of employees but they didn’t seem to be bothered by the mess. Looking into the kitchen made me want to turn back, but we were on a time crunch. The food was good. But I could help but wonder if it was really clean/safe. The guy building my bowel wore the same gloves to touch several dirty surfaces prior to making it. We probably won’t return to this location.

Food was okay. The employees were incredibly rude. It took 3 different people to make two orders of food. The first woman didn’t speak English and seemed annoyed when she had to grab another employee to help us. The 3rd woman that checked us out also spoke very limited English, and looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked for the tortilla to go with my burrito bowl. I don’t go to get food to feel like I’m inconveniencing the people that voluntarily work there.

I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill on July 18th, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. I arrived at the restaurant around 5 pm and ordered a burrito to dine in. It is the worst Chipotle location that I have been so far. It was numerous occasions when customer service was below the average. The last time made me to write this review, though. I came in and was second in the line. After 10 minutes of standing behind the first person to serve, we did not move any further for variety of reasons. The stuff was going around/switch positions/ talked to each other/ some were looking their phones. Meanwhile there was a person ready to pay, a person to get veggies on their bowl, a person in front of me, and myself. None of us moved one position for 10 minutes. I just turned around and left. I’m not going to bring my money to this location any more.

This place needs a serious clean up; it was so disgusting I couldn’t even eat there. There were probably 3 employees working and every table was filthy as well as the floors. My husband used the restroom and he almost puked for how dirty it was. The ice machine wasn’t working, the condiment area was dirty. I am appalled that a food place could be this disgusting and that people are ok with it. Horrible!
