I ordered a bowl from Chipotle around 7:00 PM on 01/16/2026. When I asked whether the portion size was smaller than usual, they scolded me and didn’t even look at the bowl. I’m attaching a photo here, and I still don’t believe this is normal portion size.

I placed an order through the app, came in 10 minutes later, got my order 40 minutes late while the in person line was NOT awfully busy, to the point that I asked the workers if I should just get in line to get the food and they assured me that my food was coming. I saw them churn out 30 online orders before they got to my singular burrito. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle, it actively caused me to miss an appointment I had.

I went to dinner with a friend and since we entered the cooks were screaming and treated each other with bad treatment, the same manager had no order with his team, some workers with bad appearance and I also got an avocado label on my plate, a shame, I would never come back and they need a little more cleaning in the place, remember that they work with food and the public

My family and I came in pretty much at closing and Jadiel served us our kids food and mine as well with a smile. Jasmine was also extreme nice at the register along with Alex in the back. Gustavo the manager has done a great job with this team as many Chipotle restaurants do not offer this kind of service much less a smile at closing. While I usually love chipotle, this location often has subpar service and is out of ingredients or unwilling to make more. On my most recent visit the employee cooking had trouble keeping his pants up and the employees taking orders struggled to speak and understand English. They were also out of corn salsa and could not understand/answer me when I asked if they were making more.

Tonight 02/26/2026 at 6:39pm the manager on duty cursed at me and called me a slur for absolutely no reason. He got upset because I did not hear him mumble a question about the app redemption I was using. When I asked him to speak up he did not, and instead pretended to act nice. That is uncalled for and I absolutely heard him use the f word towards me and another slur word after that under his breath. I’m sorry if he was having a bad day but that is terrible customer service from the manager. That is unacceptable and I will not be giving this chipotle my business again. Avoid!

Generous portion of food for your money. The earlier you go the better because more towards closing the picking are slim as the food selections begin to run out. Ample parking is available and they do offer drive through services.
