Terrible experience at this Chipotle location on 12/06/25. My husband visited with our son to use the Saturday BOGO promotion, which clearly allows up to five BOGOs per receipt. They ordered two taco plates and two bowls, and he requested a tortilla on the side, which he never received.
At checkout, only one BOGO was applied. He showed the cashier the official rules from Chipotle, and when he told her they need to know the actual promotion rules, she kept arguing instead of correcting the order. She repeated “one BOGO per customer,” even though that is not what the promotion states. She refused to fix the order, and when he asked for a refund so it could be corrected, she refused again and told him to contact Chipotle himself.
Only after he said he no longer wanted the food did they finally start discussing it and agree to cancel and redo the order. It should not take that much resistance just to get a promotion honored.
To make the experience even worse, the portions were extremely small — especially the protein — far below Chipotle’s usual standards.
This location clearly needs training on promotion rules, customer service, and consistent portion sizes. No customer should have to argue with staff simply to receive what the company has already advertised.

This Chipotle disappoints. I never write reviews, but I had to for this. There is no kindness towards customers. It took a long time to be seen and then every time we are here the food is never restocked. The trash is never emptied. But you either have to wait for them to restock food or you won’t get what you want. Then, my husband and I waited to be checked out when there was no one behind us with no acknowledgement. We waited about 5 minutes until we had to ask to check out so we could eat our food. Then were told they are understaffed in a very salty way. Even though no one was behind us or in line. Do better.

Very poor customer service. Just wanted a simple cup of rice. Was informed the one scoop would be purchased with a $13 bowel and a large bowl and only one scoop of rice. I would still need to pay an add-on fee to add extra rice into the space that chicken, cheese, peppers, beans etc.. would need to go. After several attempts to come to a reasonable solution failed, we left. Absolutely insane. There’s the rice, there’s a bowl, you sell tortillas on the side, rice is simple. This chipotle much like the entire customer service industry suffered from a clear lack of simple customer service.

Half the meat and rice falls off the spoon cause the employees are moving 200mph and when you ask them to correct it they say it will cost double. Save your money and find a better place to spend your money. Bonus comment – the work station is FILTY

This was, without a doubt, the WORST dining experience I’ve ever had. How does a place like Chipotle, whose entire reputation is built on basic toppings and flavors, run out of GUAC, CHEESE, and TOMATOES? Are you kidding me? What did I even pay for? The chicken was so bland it might as well have been boiled in tap water. The corn? No flavor whatsoever. And the queso—don’t even get me started. It was a disgrace to queso everywhere. It tasted like lukewarm glue and looked even worse. Are the employees even aware that seasoning exists?
I wouldn’t feed this garbage to my worst enemy. Calling my bank to dispute the charge because this wasn’t food—it was punishment. Chipotle, get your act together or just shut down entirely. This level of incompetence is beyond unacceptable. Absolutely NEVER eating here again.

Yesterday my husband went to pick up from this location. Workers were extremely rude. Especially when our order wasn’t in the correct spot it’s suppose to be in??? And we got fussed at for asking??
Then we open our order and the portions were so small- we had to eat something else for dinner.
We ordered chips and they gave us a bag of small broken up chips ( literally just covered the bottom) with the what’s supposed to be queso. It was very gritty, slimey and cold. Would not recommend coming to this location. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is now my 3rd time trying this new location. The ppl need to be trained.i ordered a chicken bowl on uber eats .it took 5min for the driver to deliver my food for it to be cold and barely a full scoop of chicken. It never fails chipotle bowls are not cheap and to receive less than a full scoop is insane. I will NEVER go back to this location.3strikes you are out.

I feel like Chipotle everywhere have been going downhill and this location is no exception. I used to love Chipotle and was always impressed. There’s very little food in the bowl (my bowl used to be full). Also every single ingredient taste terrible. The rice is undercooked, chicken is dry and just looks very low quality. The lettuce you can even see is not fresh. Also there were pieces of cheese in my plate, I do not eat cheese! I can go on and on. 8 dollars later and I am still hungry and highly disappointed. Only reason I didn’t give 1 or two stars because last and first time I ordered it didn’t taste as better, however I am starting to think it was only because I had guacamole on.
