I ordered a steak burrito on uber eats and I’m half way through the burrito and no steak , What a joke . Who eats a rice burrito? Secondly I ordered corn, where’s the corn and red salsa , where is it? 3 or 4 pieces ?

This is pitiful. A waste of my time and money . Honestly this is disappointing and disrespectful . I trusted you, this is basically robbery. Get better seriously. Someone obviously doesn’t like their job. Maybe take a little more pride within yourself and produce a better product. A real shame, lastly save your apologies . Apologies doesn’t put the steak on my burrito tonight. Thanks for ruining dinner. That is all.

I always have good experiences at this Chipotle. The staff is friendly and quick. They usually hook your food up pretty good, but it could be more clean.

The reason I didn’t give that many stars is because this is the third time i’ve went to the chipotle here, and I go here often.And they have vinaigrette, but it’s only for to go and they never have it available, and I only like my chipotle with the vinaigrette on it.So then I have to leave with no food.So now you’re turning away customers because you don’t have the vinaigrette unless I did a to go order on my app or door dash. But because I’m walking in the door I am refused to get the product. They’re not making enough vinaigrette throughout the day, so to see that businesses just don’t care and watch you walk out the door. And I literally came from work. I wish I was able to get there earlier, but I can’t.This is something that they should consider stocking more of so that they don’t run out to keep customers. For steak, seasoned and cooked a different way.I don’t like the flavor of the rice personally and I ended up getting an argument with manager over the cost of my meal.I thought twenty $4 for a bowl that said $10.11 on the menu and a drink was too high of a cost. I didn’t pay for my meal. So the manager threw it in the trash.

This place is so nasty. I’m curious if there’s a manager on duty. The stove still had only chicken left on it and they were starting to put new chicken on without cleaning it out. This is a food violation. Also the employee felt the need to leave the counter to go out and start kissing her boyfriend with the door wide open as if she just didn’t care for professionalism
The one in Trinity is 10x better.

I had given up on Chipotle like most people have, the portions are always ridiculous. But there werent many options in the area so whatever I’ll give it another try. This location gave the most generous portions, especially of meat that I’ve ever gotten. glad I gave them a chance!

Amazing service, the employees were really helpful and polite. I got bowl filled to absolute perfection and my boyfriend got tacos, originally wanted soft and was asked if wanted to try a hard taco fried and made in house. He LOVED it, and ended up saying he wish he got all hard tacos. 10/10 will come back and I do recommend.

This was so awful!!! I ordered a burrito from here with steak. First it’s cold and I got a burrito with just rice and beans and 1 piece of lettuce. I ate half of it to even see if maybe just maybe there is steak in the middle. NOPE!!! IMPRESSIVELY BAD!!

Poor service and welcoming. Very dirty kitchen. Food prep was littered with old food, no stainless surfaces were clear of old food. Didn’t want to get sick so I turn around before they started the salad bowl and walked out.

The food is 7/10 in terms of had a couple times we’re the rice is uncooked or whatever but otherwise is great & fresh!
The current staff is very nice & friendly
Also it’s great I have a beer with my meal Incase I wanted to.
