Terrible service. Apparently, some staff members don’t care about customer service and they just throw the food around. No one has a name to report it to directly, not even the manager. I ordered two kids’ meals and they asked me if I wanted two or three tacos. I said if it came in packs of three, then three. When I paid, they charged me for each taco, which wasn’t what I ordered. They remade the order and threw it around with inappropriate gestures. I think if I’m paying with money, I’d expect to receive the food in good condition, but the terrible attitude of all the employees… and of course, I’ll report it directly. It’s frustrating, such disrespectful service.

One star. This was hands down the worst Chipotle I have ever visited. The food was not fully cooked! The inside was not clean at all. Tables, floors, and overall appearance felt dirty and poorly maintained. It did not feel sanitary, which is the bare minimum expectation when eating out. Even more concerning, the employee uniforms looked very dirty, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. What we saw outside next to the building made it even worse. Trash everywhere, dirty bins, clothing hanging around the garbage area, and debris scattered all over the ground. It was shocking. Take a look at the photos. This is not what you expect from a restaurant serving food. Overall, a completely disappointing and disgusting experience. I will not be coming back.

My work gave me a $25 gift card. I’m going to return the $12, bc it it overpriced and not good.
I don’t see the hype.
Photo evidence showing they skimp on the portions. Like with each bite? Where is the lil bits of steak?
When I asked that’s one portion size? The worker replied yeah, and I laughed bc it is a laughable portion. I’m a fit man. Not a hungry hyppo.

BEWARE OF BUGS! I’ve only been to this location twice the first time I was extremely hesitant of getting out of the queue due to the cleanliness of the store and the quality of the food. Well today, being my second time at this location, I found a bug crawling out of my chipotle bowl in front of my eyes! The fact that the store is not clean, shows that the food isn’t either!

Chipotle is always a great place to go eat at! It might be a bit higher than normal but it’s still great food especially when they are busy as they have the freshest ingredients at those times! It better than Taco Bell but not as good as authentic of course! Well worth a visit!

i order a kids quesadilla because i dont eat a lot and because its cheaper; they didnt put the chicken in the quesadilla, and in the side tray, they filled it with rice with a layer of chicken on top so it LOOKED like i got chicken. also, there was only cheese on HALF of the tortilla. really? they are clearly overworked and understaffed, i feel bad for the employees, but cmon.

I have eaten there a few times and the restaurant is well maintained. The staff helps me putting in my debit card into the register so I can purchase my own meal and they also give me chips, which I like. They also give me plenty of sliverware and napkins and the bathrooms are easy to find and clean. I can also find the trash can easily and the rideshare service picks me up right at the front door of the restaurant.

Do NOT order from here — the food was absolutely inedible and the customer service doesn’t exist.
The white rice was very crunchy. The lettuce on top was wilted and rotten. The chips were so stale and hard that one of my Invisalign anchors broke off, and they were so salty it burned. They even sent the wrong sodas.
The entire order was literal garbage.
There’s no way to contact the restaurant for help or to warn them about these serious food safety issues, either.
