The staff needs to be updated and cleaned up. The quality of the food is so gross. Left avocado skin in my guac, burnt stale chips, zero sour cream, where’s the effort in preparing? Never returning.

I eat at Chipotle very often, and this location has given me poor service all three times I’ve visited. The overall experience has been disappointing every time.
The service is bad, the food handling is questionable, and the area was dirty. Portions are consistently under-served, and the staff appears afraid to properly portion food, as if they’ll be punished for it. It creates a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment.
On January 20th at 3:20 pm , the male manager was extremely rude. When I raised concerns, he told me that if I didn’t like it, I should go to another location. To make matters worse, while he was on his break, he went out of his way to come back and charge me for cheese because he felt I had been “over-served” in a protein cup. He then wanted to argue back and forth about Chipotle winning lawsuits over under-portioning food, which is completely inappropriate customer service behavior.
There was zero respect shown for customers or for the job itself. This location makes you feel unwelcome, and management clearly does not care about customer experience.

Just went into Chipotle to order a simple chicken and cheese quesadilla and was told I needed to order it online… but I could order a kids size. The line was extremely long with all workers standing around letting one person run the line during lunch rush. I canceled my order left and went to Mr tequila (a sit down Mexican restaurant) ordered my quesadilla to go and got it in less than 5 minutes. I understand that ordering a quesadilla online might be a “store policy” but gosh how dumb of a policy is that. I never come into chipotle because the service is always so poor and this confirmed it for me. Never going to chipotle again.

Gosh, where do I start…
1. Out of brown rice (fine, white rice will do)
2. Lady working first station expects me to read her mind. She does not speak, just points. Why can she not greet a customer and use her voice?
3. Gave me a half portion of chicken. Laughable.
4. Lady working station 2, again did NOT speak. Why can’t you use your words?
5. Workers were joking and laughing with each other, yet seem to not pay a single attention to the actual customers trying to order.
6. Cashier rang up our food, told us our total and wanted to send us on our way… but we wanted drinks. She had to redo it. What happened to asking “is there anything else we can get for you? Chips? Drinks?”
7. Cherry on top of the whole experience, the ice machine wasn’t working. We got sold drinks only to receive a warm soda.
This should not be this hard. What is going on? Ice is broken, out of forks, workers just stare at you, the place is a mess, trash is over flowing… jeeez. Where are the managers?

I understand when it’s busy employees tend to work at a faster pace that’s great, however today when ordering my food a young women was acting out taking her emotions out on customers, throwing cups and getting extremely frustrated when customers didn’t say their order in .2 seconds she would just sigh or shrug. she wasn’t measuring anything she was just trying to get the orders out ASAP, some people were getting a lot more and others barely any. i never leave reviews but i hope her behavior gets corrected because it’s unacceptable.

So not sure if this is a new thing but I was shocked by how much romaine lettuce was packed inside my side of Guacamole Dip. I get it, avocados are expensive but to bulk up the portions by adding green ingredients like romaine is super disappointing. Do better Chipotle!

Do not waste your money here for a bad experience. I don’t understand why people like chipotle so much. They have such a low quality, dystopian atmosphere. But this location is particularly sketchy. We were overcharged, and they throw away receipts to avoid getting complaints. They said their policy is to throw away receipts, and I tried to dig through the trash to get it but I gave up after holding the line up with my issue looking crazy.

We eat at chipotle A LOT… this location is on the struggle bus. The food serving bar was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen and we travel all over the USA, they serve the smallest portions of everything (pretty sure the guy serving would have counted the beans if he could’ve), and when corrected about that he insisted that it was correct and begrudgingly put a few more beans on there. We’re talking about beans, the healthy less expensive protein here people… this place must be rEAlly struggling financially. This was the case with everything he was in charge of serving. Anyway, if you want the regular portion not the new-years-resolution hook-up… don’t go to this chipotle.

Chipotle, you need to revoke the franchise rights to whomever has this location as they are a major detriment to your brand.
Look at our pics and note the food and garbage. We were there about 15 mins after a long flight and this is what we were presented with. On a side note we both got sick so I actually am contacting the local health inspector. I know this is not standard operating procedure for all your stores, but I sure as hell will NOT be going to any Chipotle anytime soon. Fire everyone, especially the manager!!

I would give a zero if it would let me. From the second you walk up to the counter- you are not even greeted the workers just stare at you until you start speaking, they have the most miserable looks on there face- they don’t interact at all – not polite at all. Obviously you don’t go to a chipotle to have conversations with the workers and chat it up but the workers staring at you with digested faces not saying a word is so uncomfortable made me feel like I was going through a prison Buffett line.
They dont even interact with each other -one person is calling for more of something no one answers the guy and helps him go get it to keep the line going they all just sit there pouting and rolling there eyes.
They ration the food as if the world is ending and what’s on the food line is the only food left in the world for anyone to eat. I got probably $3 worth of food at the price of $18. Highway robbery. The place is so unsanitary I felt repulsed eating my food knowing the conditions they keep the place in. Not shocking for chipotle though, this management team clearly has no care for there own employees based on the vibe of the workers there and how miserable they are and of the restaurant itself the food all over the floors and the line- the mess on the tables, no one is wiping them down after use.
Just all around trash bag place cant recommend this place less. If this is the closest chipotle you live near don’t even go for the convince, isn’t worth it your better off taking a longer drive to a further one.
