Yall just know how to disappoint costumers. New worker or not my burrito shouldn’t be long and skinny to where you can’t even shut the aluminum foil. I use to always only want chipotle but it’s horrible now, No queso, no regular size cups? Chips are stale and stuck together. Can’t even enjoy the 30$ I just spent because it’s disgusting and all being thrown in the garbage. Never coming here again.

The location in Haines City is AMAZING! One in Davenport on Posner will NEVER see me again! Posner staff is rude! Told employee at window about experience i had at Posner and they made it right just saw another location going up across from hospital. A bit of overkill!

Only here for an honest review. I hope it’s not like this everytime at this location but. The food was cold. The rice was undercooked the quesadilla was handed to me with the cheese not even melted. I asked to get it cooked right and I get it back and it’s still not even melted. What’s a quesadilla without melted cheese lol. The drink was bland as well. I love Chipotle but it hurts when they don’t make it with love :/

If you order online for take out DOUBLE CHECK before you leave!! I’ve made three orders this past week and all three orders were screwed up. Ordered chicken bowl with extra fajita veggies, red chili sauce and black beans. I didn’t get a single onion or pepper, no chili sauce, and pink beans!!! They always line up like 10 bowls and make em in an assembly line and apparently are screwing em up and letting the food go cold on counter. They need to work on one order at a time and close it up to avoid confusion and food going cold. Winter haven Chipotle is always on point, never coming to this one again. really irritating when you get home to eat after a long day and your food SUCKS.
They did however rectify order.

I went 5/17/24 at 9:30pm to pickup my order made online, when I get to the chipotlane waited 20min to get the food that was already sitting on the window, then when I get home noticed that 1/2 of the ingredients I ordered were missing, they are listed on the bowls lid label, how do you miss them? so I received meat, rice and beans… on top of that the rice was under cooked and the beans had so much pepper seeds it wasn’t even funny. This is the second time I get food from this location and it’s been missing stuff, or the employees treat you poorly. The posner location is farther from me but better. Photos added for reference.

Drove 30 minutes due to this is the closest location from where I live. Got home was only able to put my fork in twice when I found a very long hair wrapped in my chicken. Called and was told I would get a refund it’s been 15 days and still no refund.

As soon as I walked into Chipotle, I was welcomed by Soreliz’s warm smile, which made me feel right at home. It wasn’t just her friendly greeting that caught my attention; the whole place was sparkling clean! I really appreciate when a restaurant takes care of its space because it shows they care about their customers. Everything from the shiny tables to the well-stocked salsa bar made my experience even better. It’s the little things that matter, and Chipotle definitely knows how to impress!
