I eat lunch here 2-3 times a month since it’s close to my work. Staff is always friendly and portion sizes are always good. Sometimes they have a long line but it goes quickly or you can order through the app for quick pickup

We ordered online however when we looked in the bowl there was barely anything in there. We went back and they added more to one bowl (however it was still missing an ingredient) and none to another. They also took the chips we had ordered out of the bag and we had to ask for them back. When we talked to the manager about this issue he was extremely rude, as well as the staff, and suggested what is pictured below was normal serving size. Another person had to go through the same issue that we did when we were there and had to get his changed out as well. Extremely unprofessional and I certainly will never go back to this location. The general manager should seriously consider re-evaluating the manager’s position at this location.

Half the time I come here they’re out of basics like rice and veggies and tortillas. But the worst part is the lady who takes my order. She’s always negative and rude. You can tell she hates her job. And she’s rude to my son too. He’s only a baby. Some of the other staff are nice but they mostly act robotic and that one lady who does register should really be in the back cooking away from people. I specifically avoid this location out of not wanting to see her.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but as a Latino and a Puerto Rican, I can no longer support this company in good conscience. It is shameful to see that the CEO has donated massive amounts of money to ICE to support raids against our community. When you add this lack of ethics to their long, documented history of food contamination, including the major crises in 2015 and 2020, it’s clear they don’t value their customers or their families. Karma catches up to those who act with malice, and life has its way of balancing things out. Enjoy your meal, and bon appétit.

genuinely the worst chipotle in the area. the staff isn’t the nicest and makes everything very sloppy. the lettuce is never fresh and is always wilted, sour, and going bad. i also came in two hours before close one night and they were out of chips and lettuce. ive had some good meals from here but its rarely ever fresh so i will now go out of the way to a further chipotle.

Although I have been disappointed overall with Chipotle for quite some time. When at proper temperature and reasonable portions according to price are achieved great! however quality, price have declined for at least 2 years. Nevertheless after countless cold small portion meals delivered I finally needed to voice my displeasure known. customer service listened apologized and offered free entree. Went to redeem when on line in store could not find in App a woman who said she was a manager although she was working in back with food was dismissive and said call corporate? After a period of time I decided I will just pay at register I voiced my disappointment for free entree to cashier ELIJAH who apologized he simply asked for my APP went to tab saying SCAN and found the offer I redeem the entree thanking him and wanted to make sure he was recognized for his excellent service in representing your establishment unfortunately I can not say the same for the so called self appointed manager who was clueless I could pay but what about someone who had limited funds and needed that free $15.00 meal

This location on Park needs an online station so they don’t overwhelm the cashier or customers coming in . I had no issues with my order besides the wait time and not being able to find in the system.
