I made the mistake of ordering Chipotle for delivery. Unfortunately, the order arrived with a noticeably small portion and missing items, including guacamole and salsa. While my alternatives were limited to fast food, I had hoped the order would at least be prepared correctly.
This experience only reinforces what I’ve learned before: Chipotle delivery often falls short because there’s no way to oversee the preparation. Without being in-store, the quality and accuracy of the order are inconsistent at best.

Ordered a burrito on Uber eats. Instead of a burrito they sent me a bowl. Everything I wanted in the burrito was in the bowl but it was ice cold and sloppy. The portion size was small and the overall taste was not fresh. So disappointed. ☹️

Take out staff was rude and extremely Unhelpful! I arrived to pick up my order and even though my app said that my order was ready for pickup, my order was not at the pick up center. There were several people waiting on their order, one person ahead of me was told that someone else must have picked up their order, so when I asked if they had picked up my order as well because my order was not at the pick up center, she just ignored me, another customer informed her that I needed assistance and she rudely ask what my name was and then asked if I was at the correct location that she didn’t have any order with my name, after I gave her my name and spelled it for the third time, she said I just put it out. When I picked up the bag she had just placed on the top shelf it almost spilled out as the bottom of the bag was soaked through and a big hole in the bottom.

This is not the place to order online and pick up your food. I recommend you go in and have them make it in front of you. Now, I don’t know if everyone was just tired last night and so they didn’t care how they prepared the food, but even after going back and showing the people at the register how the food was prepared and that there was barely any food in the bowl. They really refused to change or accommodate anything. It was poor service to be sure! With that being said, if you still plan on using this location be sure to make sure it’s a walk in. I absolutely know they would’ve never did what they did if we were standing there. Better yet, there’s one further up the road that I plan on trying moving forward. I won’t go back here anymore. (I was looking to upload pictures. But it looks like I’m unable to) Smart move on their part. You guys be safe out here!

I’ve been coming to the Chipotle for years and I’ve never had an issue with the portions before. They’ve always done one scoop of meat. Today when I came to order carne asada they barely did half a scoop and when I asked them why they put less they didn’t answer and when I asked if they could put a little more they said that I would have to be charged for double meat. So now I had to pay extra for a portion that I’m supposed to usually get that comes with my bowl. Very disappointing. I don’t mind spending money at Chipotle but I want to make sure that I’m getting what I’m paying for and not be overcharged.

Honestly quite a poor experience. Somehow the rice was over salted and wet, while the guac was flavorless. The service on the manager side was quite miserable. I wouldn’t go as far as to say “rude”, but both managers gave blank expressionless responses to my mentioning how there were no forks, knives, napkins, ice, or tea. Have off the vibe as I was doing too much to even ask. Also it took probably 10 minutes for everything to actually get stocked after asking. Crappy food, and crappy service, which says a lot considering I never expect a lot from Chipotle in the first place.
