I went to this location yesterday and received food poisoning. I’ve never been more sick from eating food in my life. I didn’t eat anything else but the bowl I purchased from them yesterday. I tried to call the restaurant to inform them of this situation. Instead of speaking to someone directly, I spoke to someone in a foreign country, who just noted the information down on his computer. The person I spoke with didn’t offer any type of solution or information on whether or not they would be contacting the store directly. I think it’s safe to say that I won’t be going back to this particular location or any Chipotle restaurants, ever again. This is beyond pathetic customer service protocol. I managed restaurants for over 15 years and this just isn’t how any restaurant should treat their customers. Especially ones with legitimate complaints and concerns.

I just got off work late and didn’t want McDonalds but I probably should’ve went instead.
I walked in before 10:30 cause I understand wanting to clean up and leave on time just like everyone else, the crew was literally just staring at my when I walked in no greeting or anything. I stand there for a few minutes before someone says a word to me, There’s people right on the line cleaning, the cashier is literally looking at me and saying nothing. Someone comes to make my food in possibly the rudest way ever no kidding. Barely talking loud enough and just rushing and slamming the food into the bowl taking huge sighs the whole time. Mind you I’m the only customer In the whole place currently.
Tried to say they don’t have chips when the clearly did.
Restaurant was dirty too like come on.
Didn’t ask me if I had rewards or anything. This has been my first time back at chipotle since 2023 and this was my first experience back. I would never recommend this location to ANYONE which is sad because it used to be the best one! (From someone that grew up in bloomingdale and remember when they first opened)
The staff and management need a redo if this is acceptable to you all.

Place was a mess- corn was frozen- guacamole was brown- both burritos hardly wrapped everything fell out. No utensils navailable and coke was out asked for help got no where. Garbage was also over flowing onto the floor.

If you have had a bad experience with this Chipotle in the past, it must’ve been before Jerald was manager! He is the most amazing manager and the best thing that could’ve happened to this awesome Chipotle! He hires the best staff, that all love and adore him and everything is fresh, delicious, plentiful and CLEAN! Chipotle always has been a staple for me I come in multiple times a week And I can confidently say that this location has not ever disappointed me. I often come in after my shift and pick up dinner for myself, and I’m always happy with the food and the service. Everyone’s always so kind especially Dwayne and Luis. whether they’re at the counter, on the line, or on the grill, they always make sure to greet me and ask me how I’ve been. Aswell as making sure that I have a good experience enjoy my food, and feel welcomed back.

The only reason we go to this particular Chipotle is it’s the only one near us. It has consistently been bad and we just kept giving them chances. We’d go and it would be so dirty and we wouldn’t go back for 3-4 months. They seem to always run out of food or various customer service issues but the main issue is the cleanliness! Nobody seems to be in charge ever and there is serious lack of initiative and leadership. If you go in around 11am, you’ll probably have a decent experience. I understand that they get busy but we’ve dined in and watched employees stand around talking, ignoring the filth and dirty tables, time and time again. After this last visit I just can’t knowingly take the risk anymore. I can’t believe we haven’t had food poisoning from this place. I hope the one that is supposed to be built in Riverview isn’t as bad as this location. We have lived all over (military) and this is the worst Chipotle we have seen. My pics are typical of how it usually looks. I forgot pics of the line but it was nasty as well. We’re done.

It’s not often I go on and leave a review But tonight I felt the need to. Tayden I believe was his name, really seemed to care. He was very kind greeted me, made sure I got everything I needed, and was above and beyond. The whole staff was friendly tonight food was fresh 10/10

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location. The employees were openly arguing with each other in front of customers, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. The manager who was supposed to be on shift apparently left, leaving the team without proper supervision.
The team lead on duty was extremely unprofessional and refused to provide her name when asked. Instead of resolving the situation, the behavior only made things worse. Customer service was clearly not a priority during my visit.
This is by far the worst Chipotle location in the area. I hope corporate takes this seriously and addresses the lack of leadership and professionalism.
