I just walked into chipotle, the staple of my meals on the road working as I know it’s good quality, good tasting, mostly healthy food.
I was literally the only customer in the building was literally the only customer, when I walked in. The whole place, was completely empty. Several employees saw me, a girl with a scowl on her face came out to wait on me. She appeared to be irritated that she had to work today. And in that fashion, she didn’t work today, but she did collect a paycheck I am sure.
I got a bowl to go and asked for chicken. Naturally, at almost 6pm the container was almost empty, so it’s the oldest driest chicken… But she clearly did not want me to have it. She gave me the smallest scoop I’ve ever received at a chipotle, it was kind of embarrassing, so I had to ask her to give me a little bit more chicken, to which she gave me three or four tiny little chunks of again, the old dry chicken, with the attitude to go with it clearly she lives on the struggle-bus as she was really having a hard time. I certainly won’t be returning, and hope this Chipotle can hire people more interested in at least doing the bare minimum.

I had an amazing experience at Chipotle today! The employees were so kind and welcoming, you could really feel that they cared. My food was absolutely delicious, you know that feeling when you get the perfect bowl? That was today. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly how I wanted it. Thanks to the whole team for making my visit such a great one! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I am not the biggest chipotle fan, but I was hungry and decided it was gonna be a good day to try it again. I stopped here and got myself a carnita rice bowl and when I got back to the office and took a bite.I thought this is the most delicious and freshest chipotle I have ever had. Trust me, my ex husband was a chipotle fanatic, and we ate it all the time, and when I tell you this was the best one I really mean it. The staff were friendly.The food was good.

I really appreciate the great customer service I received here from Zerita. I made a mistake with my order, and instead of making it an issue, they were kind, patient, and went out of their way to fix it for me. They handled everything professionally and made sure I left happy. That level of service says a lot, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

DO NOT GO! Been to this chipotle multiple times and had the worst customer experience every single time. Last time the manager would not left me get kids tacos. I will never be back. 2 people in line today were condescending and straight up rude when I asked for a side of sour cream on my tacos. That is literally their job. Poorly run and managed

Guys, I’m eating at Chipotle every day, and I probably been to all Chipotles around Tampa/ St Pete area.
This is hands down the best Chipotle. Food is great, staff is always friendly, and people are genuinely surprised of how fast they are being served. Anything less than 5 starts doesn’t make sense, honestly!

If you want a decent meal for your money DO NOT spend your money here. I literally got a few pieces of chicken on both bowl and from the reviews I’m not the only one. I ask how much is extra chicken they guy then realized there wasn’t much chicken on either bowl so he went back and literally put ONE piece of chicken on the spoon and put it in ONE of the bowls as if I’m not standing right in front of the counter. If my kids did ask for this crap I would never spend a dime at this specific chipotle they are horrible. Anybody reading this drive a little bit further to chipotle in Valrico you will thank me later. When you see the employees then you will understand why you get VERY LITTLE… If corporate is ready this send somebody there to see for yourself ALSO I honestly want my money back my kids love this place that’s the ONLY reason I went that specific one been doing it for years…

Chipotle is a Mexican build-your-own chain where you select what you want on your taco, burrito, or bowl. The decor is very basic; had an industrial feel to it, and hardwood with holes as it’s main feature. There were a lot of catering boxes on one of the tables, which made the dining room look small. There was even a line to get food. Probably around a couple dozens. There were a lot of people working. However, they don’t seem to care about the cleanliness of the tables. The staff was efficient, but got mixed up on a few details; like the one taco request and the queso.
The food itself is typical for a Chipotle. I got the burrito bowl, and the ratios were slightly uneven. However, I liked the cilantro that was put on the rice and the addition of the sour cream and cheese. However, some parts of my chicken were smoky. The chips had a distinct flavor on them, but my queso was alright. Not the best experience, but still better than Taco Bell.
