I have never felt so dissatisfied to pick up a chipotle bowl. I felt the difference in weight the second it left the ground and I was shocked by how I could feel the difference in my normal order. I know now to never uber eats from chipotle but especially this place the portions were absolutely horrible. I got an order of steak and half an order of chipotle honey chicken and it looks like I paid extra for nothing. In a pool of sour cream my bow has never felt so unpleasant to look at or eat. I attached pictures of my bowl when I opened it and my order to see how much stuff I ordered and how little I got.

First of all I have been in the food industry for over 20 years worked from the bottom to the top so usually i try to go easy on my fellows restaurant staff but not today this location was my to go spot for the good service and great quality plus portions , i guess not anymore not sure exactly what happened but this is my second time being disappointed , I ordered a bowl to go at exactly 9:40pm and they close at 11pm hour and twenty minutes before closing , they were out of most of items and the the ones that are still available we’re dry and old , no Pinto beans tiny bit of black beans left , no Sofritas which walls my desired protein , little bit of dry chicken and little bit of dry steak , white rice was old and crusty as well , when I asked she said we’re out of the items I mentioned , how can you be out of main items 1:20m before closing ?? the place was not even busy , only two girls running the line and online orders definitely, short-staffed or roles
Divided wrongly , had to wait over 3 minutes to get cashed out . Im sorry but you really need to work on this location little more and give it more love and time , being a good chain alone does not guarantee you continuous business trust me on that .

Service was fast and friendly. The portions were generous, as was the request for more salsa. The restaurant was a bit untidy, but to be fair it was busy during lunchtime. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The outside was also clean. I wish they would sort their trash/recycling/compost. That would give them five stars in my book

I ordered a bowl with white rice, pinto beans, steak, cheese, and sour cream. I ordered my daughter a burrito with steak, white rice, sour cream and cheese. I added a side of guacamole.
I knew with the first bite I wasted my money. The food was meshed and difficult to stir and the steak was impossible to chew not to mention overly spicy.
Very disappointed. I will not go back again. THEN I tried calling! THAT was a joke! Nobody answers the phone. You must fill out a survey online. Therefore you’re basically screwed when your order is messed up!

First they already ran out of the wild rice which I wanted, it was 6:15 pm, the lady that handled ky order certainly DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH!!! ashe didnt understand my questions regarding the rice, I sm not racist, please, how can I order and ask questions if they dont understand me? I felt so uncomfortable I finally ordered and left !!! NOT COMING BACK!

So My family and I have eaten here a bunch of times. Tonight we ordered delivery via door dash. When we got it I was super disappointed. My little kids were splitting a rice bowl with carnitas and black beans. There was next to no carnitas in it. I had to warm up other meat I had left over in my fridge so they weren’t just eating rice, beans and sour cream. I’d give it 1 star if this was my first experience but we have eaten here before and it’s usually decent. ♀️

Terrible service at this Chipotle. The girl making my order had an attitude the entire time and was just plain rude. Then when I went to pay, the girl at the counter was texting on her phone and wouldn’t even acknowledge me. I had to stand there waiting with my toddler while she finished whatever she was doing. The people waiting behind me struck up a conversation to pass time. Super unprofessional. Definitely not coming back

They never give you enough meat and today they barely wanted to put any sauce when I asked for it. For the money your spending give me a full scoop of meat, didn’t be shaking of meat after you scoop it just to them tell me you have to charge me for double meat when all you give me is crumbs. Not going back here since this isn’t the first time, it’s every time.
