This was by far the dirtiest Chipotle restaurant I have ever seen. I don’t understand why management isn’t doing anything about it after so many bad reviews about hygiene at this location. It was so dirty there and the people were so unfriendly. When I arrived, ALL the tables were dirty and covered in food scraps. When I asked nicely if they could clean the tables because I wanted to eat there, the employee just said “We don’t have any cleaning supplies. The tables are only cleaned once a day, so please take 10-20 napkins and spread them out on the table.” Once and never again here!

During our visit, we noticed homeless were allowed to come inside and repeatedly take free drinks. This created an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment for other customers. We were trying to enjoy our meal but felt uneasy with someone continuously roaming around us and the restaurant grabbing drinks. I hope management can find a way to ensuring a clean, comfortable space for paying guests.

On a Sunday night this place was empty at 7:00. They were out of multiple meats.
The workers were just standing around doing very little. Ice, napkins, all special drinks and most fountain drinks were all out.
Tables dirty and the works were rude when we simply asked them to clean a table and fix the coke dispenser.

I visited the restaurant at midday, and it was very crowded. It took approximately thirty minutes before I was able to place my order and receive it to go.
What stood out the most was that, from the moment I walked in, it felt as though I had stepped into a fryer. The ventilation is extremely poor, and I left with a strong fried smell on my clothes and my eyes stinging. This issue truly needs improvement, as it is likely unhealthy and makes the restaurant a much less appealing option, even though the food and the location are very good.

Atmosphere is always loud and place is usually always busy. Would recommend to always go with a mobile order unless the wait time is not something you care about. The people are usually younger crowd that work there but are still pretty much polite. Great selection and great price for food quality and quantity.

I feel like it was done on purpose . I always order barbacoa burrito bowl and this is first time experiencing something horrible like this . Actually it destroyed my appetite knowing if someone on purpose so hateful is doing this then what happens behind there with meal prep. There is no way this wasn’t done on purpose, whoever did It knew exactly what they doing . Disgusting felt like experiencing passive aggressive hate crime on me . It destroyed my car and all the l liquid went under car seat it felt like an attack and destroyed my day . Disgusting and now my car going to smell horrible

Never seen someone wrap a burrito the way these workers did. Once I picked up my burrito to eat, literally everything fell apart. How am I suppose to eat a BURRITO if it’s just gonna all fall apart. So disappointed I paid for an overpriced burrito and can’t even eat a BURRITO. Now I gotta go turn it into a bowl. Smh

My son and I came here for a quick lunch. Several of the tables were occupied with diners, but there were several that was not cleaned. The service speed was continously moving being that there were customers constantly coming and going. We ordered a Sprite Sodas and the Chicken Bowl with Cilantro Rice, Pico de Gallo, Corn, Sour Cream, Cheese, and Lettuce….w/Guacamole on the side. The food was good, tasty. We’ll return again.
