Stay away from this location, the food portions are horrible. They don’t care if you pay for extra meat they put barely 1 scoop. They do the same thing with the guacamole. That place used to be full everyday at all times. Now I see why there’s barely anyone at lunch time. Please go elsewhere, this location is not worth the money. Also the lady in the front with a bull nose piercing got upset and took my wife’s order wrong. We told her a small chips and a large queso. She understood a small queso and a large chips. When we pointed out the mistake, she looked upset, then se gave us a large queso and a large fries. We took both because we didn’t feel the necessity of clarifying again someone who already looked visibly upset

This worker attacked me, she insulted me for not speaking “understandable English” even though we both speak English and Spanish. Got mad at me for not being specific enough after SHE misheard me. Was unnecessarily rude. We had an order worth at least $75 that we walked out on. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

This place is really a hit or miss. Lately it’s been a bunch of misses. Tonight I’m pretty sure I had mold in my shredded cheese. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Chipotle.

An older woman with bleached blonde hair who works there clearly gets annoyed whenever someone asks for a burrito instead of a bowl. She openly makes faces, serves noticeably less food than she should — even when you’re paying extra — and starts wrapping the burrito before you’ve finished choosing the toppings.
To make things worse, she wraps it so poorly that when I opened the foil, the burrito was already falling apart and made a mess everywhere.
This is not the first time this has happened with this employee. I understand that people can have bad days, but this has happened multiple times.
Terrible service. Next time I see her working, I’ll simply take my business elsewhere.

The behavior of the staff during my visit was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Multiple employees, including the manager, were openly talking about sexual topics and joking about not wanting to have sex with each other—all within earshot of customers who were waiting in line. This alone made the environment extremely uncomfortable.
On top of that, the manager was training a new employee and loudly instructed them, in front of customers, that next time they should tell customers there are no steaks available and exaggerate the wait time—even though the cook was actively finishing and cutting the steaks at that very moment. There were around eight customers waiting for steak that was already done and simply needed to be served.
This behavior showed a complete lack of respect for customers and honesty. It was disturbing to witness and made it clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. After reading other reviews, it’s obvious this is not an isolated incident. Management seriously needs to address both staff conduct and professionalism.

This places and the franchise in general need a reboot. How is it that this place is open till 12:00am and at 9:50 they no longer have brown rice or sometimes other items. So they close the kitchen at 10pm and then no more fresh food till they close. Might as well close

Everytime I order from here thru Uber eats they forget half of my order. Or the food is old and very sloppy . The cross contamination is serious they serve the food not caring if people could be allergic to anything but on Uber they dont give you the option to state your allergies. There has been many times that I paid for food and wasn’t able to eat it. This location needs better management and staff.. get rid of everyone and hire a completely new staff because the food isn’t even seasoned. To order food with no flavor at all is disgusting corporate needs to do a pulse check in this location and really get involved. The fact that this location has all these horrible reviews l. The owner reads them and nothing has changed.. speaks volumes on the owner.. obviously he doesn’t care!!!
