I order from this chipotle ALL OF THE TIME! Both in-person & through apps. Today, I found 3 long strands of hair in my burrito!! I recorded a video as well but it won’t let me upload it. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted. I attempted to contact both the restaurant & the company directly however was redirected through every attempted avenue!

I have ordered food there on various occasions, and I was always satisfied with the taste of their food, but this time for some reason their avocados were extremely salty, and did not enjoy it much, my blood pressure went up the moment I took the first bite. I hope that can remain consistent with the taste, otherwise, I might have to try another branch.

DON’T TRUST THE LISTING HOURS. Came by to get my pick up order I had placed at 10:05 on the app, at 10:30. Doors were locked, staff was just staring at me and not letting me in. I wasn’t even going to order, just pick up. This wouldn’t be such an issue if you didn’t have this giant red square on your window for what time you DON’T close at. Change your hours on the app. Fix your listing.

They never have salad dressing. Completely ruins the salad if there’s no dressing. Lady making orders today didn’t even know what I was asking for when I asked for salad dressing due to language barrier. I love chipotle but due to diet restrictions I only eat their salads. If they can’t keep dressing stocked I can’t eat there at all. Ended up getting tacos instead. Ended up paying $10 for two chicken tacos with no add ins that I didn’t even want. So disappointing.

Me and my colleagues frequent this chipotle as we work close by. The employees are great. The manager however decided to raise her voice across the service line to find out if I wanted half and half or double meat (Incredibly unprofessional). First I don’t care what they would of put in the bowl or how much it costs ( I asked the manager the price because since she wants to be rude she mine as well as know the price-she didnt know the price had someone look it up). The way she publicly corrected the employee that was putting together my bowl and challenged what I was asking for was quite unprofessional. She could of let it play out and see that I wouldn’t of cared if they did half and half or double meat. She also stopped the cashier for some reason to publicly train him as he was trying to accept my payment. This management style is degrading to employees. I come from a management background and would never treat my employees this way. You can train employees however it is not professional to publicly correct them while they are talking to guests/customers.

This has been my go to Chipotle for lunch for many years. Tonight is the first day ever I come at night. What a difference in crew and service. Night and day. Tonight, the service stations were dirty..food everywhere. The crew hanging out in the back chit chatting while customers waited on line. Customer service subpar.. What a disaster..

Manager was very rude. I asked for chicken, he proceeded to scoop it, then shook the spoon in an attempt to give me less chicken and have it fall out of the spoon back into the chicken container. I asked for a little bit more chicken since it was clearly very little chicken in my bowl, but he gave a rude attitude and said I had to pay more. Very disappointed with this treatment, you would think Chipotle would spend money teaching their managers better manners and attitudes. If you are looking for a place to eat poorly and get treated poorly, then this is the place to go.

I ordered pollo asado quesadilla through the app. This is what I got. Like 10 pieces of normal chicken not even in the actual quesadilla. There is a price increase for the pollo asado so that’s disappointing. I’m glad I paid $10 for a tortilla to be toasted. Thanks chipotle. You’re better off going to the location on Pines or trying another Mexican inspired restaurant

This location apparently charges extra to have your sides in a small plastic container. (I only asked for 2) I have been regularly going to Chipotle for years. I, ALSO, worked at Chipotle. I have never been asked to pay extra for putting a side in their small plastic container. When I worked there is 2021, we NEVER asked customers to pay extra putting sides in a container. I asked the manager if this is new. He said no. When I challenged him about this, he then said he does not know how other Chipotles do it, but their location has been charging extra for sides for a while— he, also, quickly changed this to “since December,” when I negated an inconsistency in his claim. To top off how annoyed I felt, when I got home there was a long strand of hair in my food. I wish I would have stayed and ate at the location so I could have brought that to their attention. Well— now they know here. I will never come to this location again. I live nearby and wasn’t aware of the presence of this location. I thought I might have found a new spot. I guess not.
