We had a gift card so we went in for lunch. This was our 2nd time at Chipotle. The 1st person of contact, that you place your order with was efficient to the point of robotic. She did not greet us or explain anything, I had to ask her. We each had a Bowl. The portions are enough for the price as long as you don’t get any add ons. Overall just not a very welcoming place.

portions are HUGE, so much for theory of small portions; Staff does NOT know how to properly cook fajita vegetables – overcooked to the point of being mushy baby-food. Should be able to tell it is a pepper or onion – they obliterate them (see pics); chicken does NOT look like chicken – and is also cooked to death and over-salted. Even w/ a BOGO offer, this place serves swill and is NOT worth it!

I am missing my sour cream, guacamole I paid extra for AND my corn salsa. Also got lettuce I didn’t even order. And I couldn’t even find a way to call the store it sends you into some stupid runaround. Pretty disappointing. Would love a refund but it seems they make it pretty difficult to even contact anyone about it.

Just stopped in with some friends from a different country. They work hard to keep things tidy, we actively watched them do quality control on the foods and sweep and clean tables. They did almost forget our guac and queso. But they were busy and someone stopped quickly to get it for us so we could sit and enjoy our meal. They are polite and efficient. Next time we’re in town we’ll likely stop again.

I had an amazing experience at the Merritt Island Chipotle, easily one of the best I’ve visited anywhere. From the moment I walked in, the team was upbeat, welcoming, and clearly cared about making sure each guest had a great meal. The line moved quickly even though they were busy, and the staff still took their time to make every bowl and burrito with care.
The ingredients were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared—you can really tell when a store takes pride in their food, and this location does. My order was made exactly right, the portions were generous, and everything tasted like it had just been prepped. The restaurant itself was clean and well-organized, which only added to the overall great atmosphere.
What stood out the most was the customer service. Several employees were genuinely friendly, held great attitudes despite the rush, and made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. That kind of energy isn’t common everywhere, and it made a huge difference.
Overall, this Chipotle sets the standard for what a fast-casual restaurant should be. Great food, great people, and great service. I’ll absolutely be returning, and I highly recommend the Merritt Island location to anyone looking for a consistently excellent meal.

Absolutely horrible experience at Chipotle. The place was dirty as hell — tables were messy, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours, and the whole restaurant just felt unhygienic.
On top of that, I ordered 4 veggie bowls, and the employee acted visibly annoyed like I was asking for something unreasonable. Eye-rolling, attitude, and rushed service the entire time. If you work in food service, making customer orders — big or small — is literally your job.
Between the disgusting environment and the rude behavior, this was one of the worst Chipotle visits I’ve ever had. Definitely not coming back to this location. Management seriously needs to step in.

My Steak SALAD did not have a single piece of lettuce in it…chatted on Pepper and yes I was provided a free entree through my app but when I asked if my lunch for today would be remade I was told “do not have an option to do that”. So I now have to be inconvenienced to reorder and drive back to the restaurant to pick up my “free” entree to make up for their mistake?!

I’m so pumped Chipotle opened a spot on Merritt Island! I stopped by for my first visit, and it didn’t disappoint. The burrito bowl is definitely my new go-to—it’s got all the good stuff without the tortilla, so you don’t feel *overstuffed*. Plus, you can pile on whatever toppings you want, which is *wrap*idly becoming my favorite part. The ingredients are super fresh, and it’s awesome to have a reliable spot close by. If you’re craving something quick and filling, Chipotle’s got you *bean* there, done that, and I’m loving it!

Tamika is the best. Even when she’s only supposed to ring up my food, she will stop what she’s doing and make my meal if no one is able. She is so kind to my kids and takes extra care with my autistic son and listens to him. She makes him feel seen and heard. He asks about her every day. She calls him her nephew. It is the sweetest thing. She deserves a huge raise and a paid vacation! I go every Tuesday and will continue to go as long as she is working there. Thank you for being to kind and understanding Tamika!

Walking in the front door the first thing you will notice is the smell of fresh food in the air.
It wasn’t overly crowded and noisy compared to other restaurants in the area.
The restaurants put together well with plenty of room to move around.
Plenty of seating to choose from if you’re looking for window seating or something with shades.
The food wad fresh and delicious.
I would recommend that you stop in for lunch or dinner.
