We ran in for a quick bite while on vacation and encountered an extremely dirty food line and a worker who didn’t want to be at work and definitely didn’t want to help customers. She yelled that they were out of steak. Ok, we wanted chicken. When we asked for chicken she said we only have this much left and scooped it out into my husbands bowl. She charged us for the full amount and when my husband asked her if he has to pay for a full amount of chicken she said no I discounted it. We looked at the receipt and she did not. He walked back over and asked her about it and the manager said, oh we have more in the back. Rudeness isn’t necessary. Chipotle needs to teach customer service skills and cleanliness. I would avoid this location! I included a picture of their trash area to give you a visual of how unclean they keep this restaurant.

This is a very nasty place. I wish I could rate it 0 stars. Walked in and was ignored by all employees. Restaurant was dirty, food looked dry like it was there for a long time not fresh.Then I saw an employee eating meat from the cutting board, where they cut their chicken. Steak bowl was almost entirely cold rice, lettuce and cheese.
The very few pieces of steak were absolutely inedible, cold, chewy pieces of fat which did not appear cooked. I rarely leave negative reviews anywhere, but the quality at this location has been declining over several months.

This was, without a doubt, the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle. The portion of meat they served us was shockingly small—barely enough to even notice it was there! I’ve dined at numerous Chipotle locations over the years, and I’ve always left satisfied with my meal. However, this time it felt as if they were cutting corners when it came to the meat.

When I brought it up to the staff, I wasn’t expecting much; I just wanted to express my concern. Instead, they seemed to dismiss my feedback, making me feel like I was the one being unreasonable. It was incredibly frustrating. I never thought I would feel upset about a meal at Chipotle, a place I typically enjoy. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and it’s hard to say if I’ll return to this location again after feeling so let down.

I have Celiac disease and am hesitant to go out to eat as the smallest amount of gluten in my food can make me sick. I let the kind lady working behind the counter know about my dietary restriction, and she immediately wiped the surfaces of the counter, changed her gloves, and changed all the spoons that touched the food. I was so impressed that she went above and beyond to make sure my food was safely handled. Many thanks to the staff at Viera Chipotle for making this a positive experience!

I rarely ever leave reviews, but I had to after the terrible experience I had at this location. I’m a regular Chipotle customer and usually know what to expect, but this location completely missed the mark. The customer service was disappointing, when I brought up the noticeably smaller portion I received, there was no attempt to resolve it. The manager even seemed irritated that I mentioned my dissatisfaction.

I had placed a pickup order already knowing that this location tends to skimp on portions, but this burrito was ridiculously small, even though I used a double meat coupon. It honestly felt like a slap in the face compared to what I get at other Chipotle locations.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers shouldn’t have to settle for poor service and inconsistent portions.

I honestly don’t know how Chipotle stays open and in business. Last night we went to get food 2 hours before they closed at this location. They had no cheese, no guac and low on white rice. With 2 hours of service left. This same location we have been to and they were out of chicken 3 hours before closing in another instance. Manger could care less that they were out. Further we got attitude when commented on them being out of items.

Still have had recent experiences where this location is out of key components (picó / cheese / steak etc.) during peak hours. I don’t know if people are just absolute animals and refuse to pick up afterthemselves, or if the staff just can’t keep up with the mess that’s made in the dining room(probably a little of both), but cleanliness is at least trending in the right direction and the service is significantly better than what it was a year ago.

Ordered for the family, food quality was terrible. Guacamole was brown, even included a few pieces of the avocado skin in my bowl. My daughter’s salad bowl looked to contain wilted greens. We ended up throwing the majority of the food away.
