I ordered two chicken protein cups and when I felt they were light I asked if they would please weigh them knowing they should be 4oz. The employee refused saying the paper cup he put it in was actually 6oz and the plastic cup was 4oz. I told him the picture depicted what my order should look like and he said he could show me where it says what it should weigh. I weighed it when I got home and sure enough, 3.45oz PROOVING y’all are ripping off your customers even though you consistently raise prices!

I always would eat here, the service is always fast and easy but last night I got my bowl to go, first off the older woman who made my food looked so annoyed to be there and when I got home I noticed a piece of glove in my food. Very unsanitary and not safe.

Being an Air Port Chipotle- my expectations were a touch lower. However, this one exceeded all expectations! The food was hot and fresh with the exception of the chips which were a smidge soggy. Overall pretty solid!

Ordered a vegi bowl and chips and queso. The guacamole was so salty that it made the whole bowl almost inedible. The queso had that uncooked flour taste that the peppers almost covered but not quite and very little cheesy taste. I usually enjoy chipotles food but not so much tonight. The service was very quick and efficient, not really all that friendly but they were nice enough!

Amazing Chiptole, even during busy hours they are stocked up and move efficiently. The manager Malaika is amazing. I drive an extra 15 minutes just to go to the Dr. Phillips location due to the great experiences I’ve had. Give all the employees at that location a raise!

This place worth 5 stars if the workers works on the protein portion and cleaning up the barbacoa from fat.
The food was delicious as always, the staff are friendly, but I think they are not trained enough in the protein portion. From my research, the portion is supposed to be 4oz but from a restaurant experience what it is being served in this place is not 4oz of meat. To make sure about what I’m saying (because one of the staff were arguing with me and confirming that what I was given is the right portion (without even knowing that the company she works with has a 4oz portion of meat), I went home and weighted the portion of barbacua that I bought on the side, and the surprise is that the little portion was only 2.2 oz.

It’s incredible how a few employees with bad attitudes can ruin the reputation of an excellent restaurant. Today, Saturday, December 6th, 2:00 pm. I went to this place and received terrible service. The meat was burned and overcooked, the person who served me wasn’t listening, rushed through the order, and put whatever they wanted on my plate, not what I asked for. In addition to having a very unpleasant attitude, they served me a different type of meat than I had ordered, and the cashier refused to change it. If you don’t want to have a bad time and a terrible experience, don’t go to this location.

I was in Orlando on business and visited here to get some takeout for the room. Probably the best Chipotle I’ve been to in a long time. Clean, great service, got myself a tasty chickens burrito. I wish I had you guys at home!

Good casual dining place, if you like mexican inspired cuisine. A bowl with the choice of 1 protein and 1 grain on which you can add various vegetables is put forth. Most people I observed, including me, go for that. However, there are other good choices.
